I'm only giving 5 stars to the white male working the drive through early this morning around 3am. He is so polite, customer service focused, and hard working. I've been going to this mcdonalds for over a year and not one person who's worked there can compare to this gentleman. If you hired more people like him you'd have better reviews.

I am not sure why the average here is so low. For a McDonalds they delivered what was expected and we had no issues. The food and service was good and their location just off highway 2 is very convenient. We will keep this location as our go to for stopping for a meal during travels.

New owners, new staff, same terrible service, same terrible wait times, still terrible coffee. Drive thru workers have no sense of customer service.
I realize Coffee is not why people come here, but If you're going to market and sell an item, you should at least know how to make it the way its ordered and stir it!
Will not be supporting this Mcdonalds again. Will find coffee and quick items elsewhere from now on in Innisfail.

Ordered decaf coffees and was given caffeinated. Usually would not be a major issue however I am currently pregnant and have now far exceeded the safe amount of caffeine I can consume
Staff is always super rude when I come to this location. I had a girl, the front counter girl, throw my change and receipt at me the one time. And the drive thru workers are always insanely rude.

Honestly we are all so sick of this location. I understand it’s “just McDonalds” but there are numerous other locations that can provide dependable and quality service, this one is truly trash. The people who own this franchise should be embarrassed that this is the quality their staff put out. If you plan to eat at this establishment, prepare to constantly be sent around front to wait 10+ minutes for your fast food, prepare for the order to likely be wrong or missing items, and prepare for no resolution to the issue. Save your money and go to one of the other fast food joints in town, at least you’ll get the food you paid for.
