We love the Mountain View Family Restaurant! Like many others, we eat too much fast food; but when we went a good sit down meal close to home (Bowden), we choose MVFR.The food is served hot and fresh, and the portions are so big that we often take home leftovers. We enjoy the taste too… whether breakfast or dinner, it’s always appetizing.

My wife has a fish allergy. The cook and was very good and cooked the fries in a separate fryer. The waitres was very attentive and efficient. The food was served hot and was very good.
Nice restaurant, decor is dated but clean and in excellent condition. service wasn't great, 2 other tables and server forgot a few items from our meals. not a big deal. definitely needs a smaller menu.

Food was meh...the food poisoning three hours later was worse. Service was good though, friendly staff. Little effort into the food, obviously less effort in keeping it safe. As a pregnant woman this was quite the scare.
