I had my first negative experience wich wouldn't have been a good out come if my 1 or 3 year old had swallowed the peice of. Steel wool Imy step daughter had found In her food . Thankfully i hadnt served my 2 babies there food yet and dont plan on giving them it due to sanitary and possibility of choaking hazards being in the rest of it for the saftey of my children . as for customer service for this I was offerd not a refund for my 80 dollar dinner of four only a 10% discount for my next meal woch at this point iam not going back and. I just waisted 80. Dollars to no be able to feed my children .. very disappointed please keep a close eye before giving ur children their food from here

I have not been to a better restaurant in my life! I can not begin to describe how friendly the staff is. Even if you've been in there a few times, it's like you're talking to an old friend. The food is delicious too, between the huge selection of foods, the extremely fair prices, and how well and fresh the food is prepared. This is an all occasion, wonderful restaurant.

I love a good buffet. Now most buffets have low quality, mediocre food. The food I had was roast beef, and my wife had the roast turkey (Thanksgiving weekend). Both I found to be fine dinning quality. When I go back to Innisfail, I won't hesitate in dinning ther again.

Service was very friendly and very fast, and I never had to ask for anything. They were on the ball.

Parking: Lots of free parking.

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely 💯

Wheelchair accessibility: No issues here. Very easily accessible.

I'm a big wonton soup fan and it did not disappoint. Ingredients were fresh and delicious! Staff are super friendly one of the best atmospheres in town. Can't wait to go back for the buffet.

Their weekend buffet is amazing! Their regular menu is really good too! I highly recommend the tiramisu mousse cake for dessert. I can't pick a favorite for a meal.

Vegetarian options: The buffet and full menu both have very good vegetarian options

The Chicken balls are absolutely legendary. But there is one tiny problem. The Broccoli is WAY TOO JUICY. The Broccoli was good but it shouldn't be so overcooked that is way too juicy

Didn't listen to the reviews and got burned. The best part of the buffet was the French fries. Most of the buffet was empty, or almost empty. But it was probably for the best. I would never recommend anyone eat here, even my worst enemy. Unless they make some drastic changes to this menu, please don't make the same mistake I did.

Parking: Great parking, awful food.

This place was phenomenal, the lady that works here did everything possible to make sure we were happy and full. Their banana cream pie is made fresh in house and is worth the stop to get some. Amazing people, great food and good price. Should definitely stop in for lunch or dinner, the buffet was really great too

What you might expect in a small town. Not completely authentic, but westernized "Chinese" food with mostly deep or stir fried dishes. Friendly service. Clean facilities.

I went at an off peak hour but food was fresh enough. Quite edible, if you are hungry and need to fill your tummy cheap.

If it were in Vancouver, I would give 2-3 stars but given it's in a small rural Alberta town, I would give it a 4-5 star rating.

You can also order things off the menu, if you don't want the buffet. Lunch buffet ends at 3, and dinner buffet starts at 430, but they start bringing things out for dinner around 4.
