Sidewalks and Walkways – Snow and Ice Removal
The clearing of sidewalks is the shared responsibility of many community partners. The Town clears some public walkways, but property owners and residents are required to ensure sidewalks adjacent to their properties are free from snow and ice. Walkways should be cleared down to bare pavement to ensure they don’t pose a hazard to pedestrians.
Please observe these regulations when clearing ice and snow from walkways:
Keep your sidewalk clear to prevent a buildup of snow and iceClear your sidewalk of ice and snow within 48 hours of snowfallPlace the snow at the curb edge or on your property, not on the roadPlace salt & sand on icy portions of the sidewalk (available free in the Aquatic center parking lot)Section 11.1 of the Town of Innisfail’s Traffic Bylaw states:
“All Persons owning or occupying a parceI of Iand in the Town, shall remove and clear away all snow, ice, dirt and other Obstructions from the sidewalk situated on land adjoining such parcel of land within forty-eight ( 48) hours of the time that such snow, ice, dirt or other Obstruction was deposited thereon.”
To avoid possible fines and fees for snow and ice removal, please ensure sidewalks adjacent to your property are free of snow and ice.

On the way to the airport today, stopped by for some breakfast wraps and some hash browns in the AM. Hash browns were terrible. Didn't even finish them and the wraps gave us gut aches. Also told they couldn't make ice chai latte (machine was down) pretty sure you dont need a machine to make that. Wasn't very well done. Pretty disappointed

This place had the most atrociously disgusting bathrooms I have ever seen in any food joint. In the women’s there was feces smeared over the front and back in both stalls. You could tell it was a build up over weeks of not being cleaned. Puddles of urine on the floor and toilet seats. The sink had yellow film and hairs in the basin. Trash and garbage flowing out the bins and all over the floor. A lazy worker obviously went in with a wet paper towel and wiped one swipe of the mirror as there is only one small area you can see yourself. Wish I would have taken pictures but I was too scared to go back in. Hell would freeze over before I buy food here considering what state of cleanliness the bathrooms are in. I am not easily surprised but this was shocking to me. Health and Safety should be checking in on this place. I think they would shut down the joint and rightfully so.

This Tim Horton has a bad service. I went to get coffee at around 5 pm and the place was falling apart. I went and look at what is happening i saw 3 member at drive through and only 2 of them was doing their job. I think the other one is their supervisor and he was just standing there and watched his crew mates do all the work. I heard them say that her name was Gerlin but I am not sure but she is a terrible supervisor in my opinion.

This location is hit and miss. Some great staff who are always pleasant and efficient. Joyce is my favorite - no matter the size of my order she gets it accurate. Though if she isn't on I typically have issues. Waiting 15 minutes because the person at till ignores the stickers pop up and deals with the line in store first instead of orders in the time recieved. The last time someone other the Joyce did my order 4 out of the 6 drinks were wrong and not just what was in them but coffee instead of Steeped Tea. Manager seems a bit unprofessional times at times. But most of the time it works out ok. Also bathrooms though there is a stall is big enough for a wheelchair - isnt actually handicapped accessible. Door is to heavy and awkward to pull open from inside while in a chair so it isnt able to be used independently.

They act as though they're rushing as it's busy in the restaurant when I was one or two people inside. The Indian lady who I think is a manager due to her different clothing took my order, but she looked uninterested or annoyed at my order lol. When I asked for points she just gave me a blank stare and told me to pay still with that stare. I also had to wait 5 minutes for them to take my order inside the restaurant. Crazy!

I very much enjoy the crew at this Tim Hortons. Very rarely do I have a concern or delay. Tina is always a joy - been here forever have seen my kids grow up - and knows to make sure we have the info to come do camp day games - always has a smile! I also know it is going to be a great morning when Joyce is on - she is the best - she is always on top of the mobile orders, I know when she is on things will be fast and accurate. It just isnt the same when I come in and she isnt there. Keep up the good work!
