They refused to make food because they didn't feel like it. That's Justin Trudeau's world. All day breakfast That is so believable pathetic. Shame on you, it's people like you believe me calling you. People is a compliment is what destroyed this country we have standards in this country. Live up to them, we have teenagers doing your jobs, you're grown-ups. What's your excuse? You don't realize how pathetic you are, but you're a waste of space. You don't deserve the opportunities you have. It's not a hard job, so do it.

The innisfail Tim Hortons really needs to start taking pride in their sandwiches and wraps! I got my wrap tonight and when I opened the wrapper, the wrap inside was not even closed... I couldn't even pick it up. I was discussed by the sight of it... please, in the future just try!

Usually not bad service here. Today I was served a medium dbl dbl and a 6 pack of donuts I was told the total by the dark haired middle Eastern woman at the counter that the total was 8.05 but then proceeded to charge me 9.41 on my debit card. A few days before I had also ordered 2 breakfast sandwhiches one with egg and one without and received 2 sandwhiches with no egg on either but still charged the full amount. Not sure if it was just a mistake but the service in this city has been getting shadier and shadier. I will be checking my orders a lot closer from now on.

Way too bad.. Saturday October 5th in Afternoon. The lady working there took 15mins just to make two bagels. Which would hardly take 2mins and when asked why staff become rude to us. 15mins for 2bagels? Which tim hortons would take this much time. Never go here

Just ordered DARK ROAST COFFEE SHE SAID DONT HAVE THIS ONE THEN I SAID COFFEE WITH 1/2 CREAM 2 SUGAR..SHE'S NOT ASKING ME FOR PAYING JUST ENTERED CREDIT CARD OPTION..I SCAN MY TIM CARD FROM PHONE PAYMENT NOT GO THROUGH SHE SAID JUST 1TIME SCAN OPTION NO MORE..I SAID CAN U PLS CANCEL ORDER THEN RETRYING THEN ALL GOOD..SHE YELLING ME AND SAID YOUR NOT REGULAR CUSTOMER..HOW COME THIS QUESTIONS..PLS RETRAINING HER FOR NICELY TALK TO CUSTOMER..THANKS
