Had the spaghetti with meatballs.
Medium sized portion with three meatballs
Presentation was good, and our server was good as well.
I'll be back in the future to try something else. Maybe the braised beef or the buffet.
I believe our server said the buffet was $55. PP

My wife and I drove from Calgary for dinner at Forte. The service and atmosphere is decent but the ala carte leaves much to be desired. I ordered bone in New York strip medium got a small piece of steak and cooked well. Seems like it was cooked by a high school student and lacked presentation. When asked why I was not served what I ordered I was told that they were out of it. Never told if I had a chance to order something else. My wife ordered pink salmon and was, served an over cooked salmon. This place sure needs a new chef with some vision. This place has gone down hill over the last few years we have visited. The buffet lacks creativity and at the price is not worth the trip. Make it so that people would want to drive down for a evening and speak about how good it was.

The server was great. The food was mediocre at best. The beef shortrib pasta was flavorless. There was more truffle smell then any distinct flavor in the watered down pasta sauce. The carbonara pizza was an absolute cheese bomb with some garlic sauce providing a flavor. The foccaccia was a mildly redeeming part of the meal, but unfortunately that toasted bread was not enough to save this dinner. For being one of only three restaurants on site, it was quite disappointing for the amount you spend.
The view was great, very busy place! But the team did a good job filling waters and bringing items.

We had a great dinner at Forte tonight. Marianne our server was fantastic. Her recommendations for dishes were spot on and she was the perfect mix of professionalism and fun. Great sense of humour.

Stopped by Forte today for an early dinner after spending the afternoon at the spa. Food and drink menu is Italian based and you won't be disappointed! Our server Jaylene was outstanding! 5/5 for just that! Made is extra special since were celebrating our anniversary by bringing out a decadent dessert to share. To top it off can't beat the views of the mountains!

Atmosphere is excellent.
Pizza was good.
Of thec3 times we visited the past 3 days , (at different times )
We found the service to be very slow.
Once at breakfast. The place was 1/2 empty
Twice on the patio.
One time they didn't want to seat us.
Waiter said - for restaurant customer only. We'll duh. That's what we were. Then he said they were full, even though 8 empty tables.
Went in to talk to hostess- short servers for next 30 minutes.
So different story.
Still disappointed 😞

We really enjoyed the pizzas — they were delicious, hot and great value overall. However, we were shocked to see the kids' fries priced at $17 for about 7-8oz. That seems excessive. We'd really encourage the restaurant to consider more family-friendly pricing for kids' items. Service was slow due to the server having to make her own drinks, aside from that we had a great experience

Came on a Saturday night reso for 5-
Service was awful. Incredibly slow and disinterested. Waited 15 mins to order a drink, and one of the meals came before the drinks even arrived. Tried to order a second drink and it took so long we forgot we ordered it.
Several in our group ordered the buffet- food was incredibly average for the $45/pp. Only 2 meat options, and the desserts were all stale. For that price, we would’ve gone to Blacktail and had better food/drinks/service. Disappointing experience overall, would not return.

Recent visit and pasta was a bit too salty. Also, knocked off a star because they took off a pasta dish that they would make on special requests and it's not on the menu anymore. Great service and wonderful views.

The pasta we got was pretty bland. We got the chicken parm and the spaghetti and meatballs. The chicken tasted like it was a chicken tender that you air fried. The spaghetti lacked any sort of spice. We also got a pizza to start and the was the highlight of the entire meal. The staff were polite and helpful however did not mention any extra charged for cheese to be added. The outcome of the food was not worth the price.
