I made a smash burger for the first time by googling it last week. It was by far better than the one I was served. Good beer list though!

Went over before i thought the rush would come but i was surprised how few people where there. Three other tables and some people playing pool. Not very busby The server came quickly and took our order and left some menus then came back and took our drink order and food order. We both had the burger the best think about the food where the fries. It had no taste and no flavor I have better burgers in a lot of pubs. That was also the last time we saw our server she never came back to ask how are food was. We got the bill and left. Do not believe the pictures you see.

Great pub food with an extensive selection of Alberta made drinks. We were greeted and served by Andrew who really knows his stuff. He was very friendly and made great drink suggestions. We had the double bacon burger with fries and the chicken burger with yam fries, both were excellent. We'll definitely be back.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly atmosphere

Located in one of the hotels in Kananaskis village. When we arrived it was VERY loud. The pool table and bar area were pretty full but there were tables available on the other side. Service was good, fast and polite. Ordered: BEER, BACON & CHEDDAR SOUP WOODY´S SMASH BURGER BOW VALLEY BEEF DIP The soup had no flavour. I can't really explain how a cream/cheese based soup can taste like nothing but it did. Both the hamburger and beef dip were good. Fries were yummy. Prices were reasonable and as expected.

Nothing had even remotely close to a whiff of flavor -- A can of La Croix is more interesting (and intense) than the food here.Don't believe me? Alright bet. My wife and I went to hike Tent Ridge the next day and ran into group of people who joined us for a while. The meal at Woody's came up in conversation and they also couldn't believe how bland the food was (between all of us we had covered a wide swath of the menu).Yikes.Woody's, if you see this please understand I want nothing from you or even an apology. This is just a PSA for anyone hungry in the Kananaskis area to not make the same mistake. Just lick your arm after you finish a hike -- you'll find more flavor to savor.Vegetarian options: They have them.

You are enjoying the mountains in the beautiful K-country and feel hungry? If you see Woody's pub, just run away as if a grizzly is chasing you. why? -Very poor service. -High priced food. -Stale, microwaved food that belongs in the garbage bin. So just a trio of high prices, poor food and pathetic food. Anything else? Yes, the seating inside is very depressing as well.

Love love love the place! Went right at opening and the place was all clean. The food is fantastic, ordered tandoori masala chicken wings, nachos and the chicken burger. Great food, amazing ambience. The service was quick too. Would love to visit again and try more.
Quite unfortunate. Food was overcooked (10 people and every meal was very dry). Service was very challenging. Was hoping for more at an amazing resort.
