Nice clean building and an inviting place to enter. Food is alright, but the food service is slow over the lunch hour.

I love going to Espresso House. Sometimes the wait time isn't great but well worth the wait especially during the Winter time. I highly recommend the Peach Refresher during the Summer and the White Hot Chocolate during the winter. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. It not to far from my place which is great and isn't every expensive especially if the Food and Drinks are really good

Ordered a bacon and cheddar croissant with hashbrowns and a medium strawberry and crème frappe. Total cost was $20.00 plus tip. Rediculous for the food I received. I got a smaller croissant with a thin unseasoned egg cut in half and a couple strips of bacon with a slice of cheese. It was terribly bland and not worth the $12 they charged for it. It was accompanied by three tiny hash browns that weren’t horrible but the same you get from a gas station for a couple bucks. The frappe was actually pretty good, worth the $7. But if you’re gonna charge $12 for a sandwich, at the very least season it! You’re not gonna break the bank with a little salt and pepper especially at the prices you’re charging. Not to mention in order to get the full size egg instead of the half size I received you need to pay $16 for the other sandwich options. Terrible food that puts to shame their decent beverages. 1 star.

I give it three stars because the coffee was good, and so does the hot chocolate. The food was alright. The service needs to be improved in terms of communication and warm customer service. We ordered our drinks and had yet to learn that we needed to take them from the other side while we actually stayed there at the restaurant. It does not make sense to us. The communication could be better, and I wish the server could clearly tell us what to do. We did not get our bill, and we needed to figure out what was our order number. It could have been a better first impression. Since this is the only place in town where you can sit and chill with wifi access, it is pretty cool. I love their decoration that gives you a sense of comfort. Overall, it is still a good place to visit, considering it is located in a remote area up north where you did not expect such a place.
Their food items are pretty good but today the toffee nut latte just tasted like warm milk. Also make sure to check inside your cups for pickup orders because they didn't put whipped cream when I paid extra ?
Not trying to run you down but beware of what you serve. I got food poisoning from a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it wasn’t fun. Eggnog chai was decent though.
