I love going to Espresso House. Sometimes the wait time isn't great but well worth the wait especially during the Winter time. I highly recommend the Peach Refresher during the Summer and the White Hot Chocolate during the winter. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. It not to far from my place which is great and isn't every expensive especially if the Food and Drinks are really good
I give it three stars because the coffee was good, and so does the hot chocolate. The food was alright. The service needs to be improved in terms of communication and warm customer service. We ordered our drinks and had yet to learn that we needed to take them from the other side while we actually stayed there at the restaurant. It does not make sense to us. The communication could be better, and I wish the server could clearly tell us what to do. We did not get our bill, and...
Good espresso ! I think they were hiding away the cinnamon bun which I heard so much about … So yea that was disappointing! Maybe I will change the rating if I ever taste that “famous cinnabun” ?
