I visited the Boston Pizza last night and the service was disappointing. Our server, Shandell S, didn’t check on us, didn’t pick up our plates, and barely communicated. She just placed the drinks on the table and walked away. The plates also had black stains, which was upsetting. We waited for the bill for a long time with no attention. Overall, the service felt careless and not welcoming.
