On Sunday, March 10th, I arrived around 8:40 for a meal. Upon entering, I observed both the receptionist and waitress appearing visibly upset, with the waitress tossing a vacuum cleaner around. Shortly after, a drink was carelessly thrown onto my table, and the questions asked were delivered in a dry and direct manner. While I acknowledge that it was less than an hour and a half before the restaurant's closing time, and I was the only patron, the service fell short of the standard I typically experience. Despite this, I would like to express appreciation for the good quality of the food. Thank you.

Went in for a few drinks and some pasta... Recieved some of the worst service ever. 2 doubles within 30minutes I was told to slow down and got disrespected from all the staff. There was no need for the judgment or attitude as I was nothing but polite to them. The blue haired girl was beyond terrible at serving. She came back to retake orders because she "forgot what was ordered". The cook served burnt burgers and the food was served all at seperate times. I will no longer be entertaining this joke of a establishment!Do better boston pizza. This was a terrible experience. Pfffft

Food and service was excellent .Waitress was awsome sorry I didn't get her name .Long dark hair petite girl lol sorry I should have got name We were visiting from Ontario to watch voyagers hockey team .All staff were super friendly and reasonable prices for great food
My husband and I took our daughter here for her birthday on Oct.3/2023. it was one of the worst meals we have ever had! Starting with the service...Our waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu at all. I asked her for the salmon power bowl without beets. She came back 10 min. later and said they didnt serve that at this location? Then she was leaving the table and i said can i have the menu back to pick something else?? so i then order the fiesta salad. She says without beets? And i say there isnt beets on this salad? We also ordered well done wings. Which came back rubbery and pink inside. We tell our waitress and so she brings us out more well done ones but charges us for both? And the 2 we ate made us sick !My daughters Thai wrap was dry and tasted like old lettuce and mayo? My salad was disgusting! i only could eat a few bites. It tasted like old lettuce and horrible guacamole. After the worst meal and experience ever to top it all off our bill was $132.35! horrible night out and ruined birthday supper and empty wallet = never eating here again!
