Both workers were extremely rude, they were talking very rude to each other where everyone in the restaurant could hear. All 3 orders that were taken were wrong and the older lady was very rude and unprofessional when talking about it.

Stopped in at Lac La Biche KFC for some takeout. Very clean. Staff was very polite & friendly. We even joked about the “pickled Pepsi”🥒🥤. Chicken 🍗 was steaming hot, nicely cooked & delicious.

Beware! There's a new worker at KFC and she's very unprofessional and moody. She got our order completely wrong, ordered a 2 piece chicken dinner and she put 2 chicken strips rather than 2 pieces of chicken. Only found out after we left town, and our order came up to 45 dollars. I myself am native, so I will mention that she is also native, black hair, middle aged, slim woman. If she's taking your order at the window, please double check all your stuff prior to ordering and before you leave. This happened around 1pm June 10th, 2025.

Went for drive thru at 9pm but the lady from the drive thru, can't give us 10 pcs chicken anymore ,because they are closing soon,your closing time online is 10pm. Not happy with her service ,so unfriendly. I understand that everybody wants to go home already,and done all the cleaning or whatever, but you should follow the closing time you provided online or the time you guys posted.

Great experience. Food was great. Kinda weird that we ordered online and then had to go tell them we did and then they found the order and all was good. The staff made up for it though. Very friendly and outgoing. Staff will make or break your business and these staff nailed it.
