Went for drive thru at 9pm but the lady from the drive thru, can't give us 10 pcs chicken anymore ,because they are closing soon,your closing time online is 10pm. Not happy with her service ,so unfriendly. I understand that everybody wants to go home already,and done all the cleaning or whatever, but you should follow the closing time you provided online or the time you guys posted.

Great experience. Food was great. Kinda weird that we ordered online and then had to go tell them we did and then they found the order and all was good. The staff made up for it though. Very friendly and outgoing. Staff will make or break your business and these staff nailed it.

Service is not the greatest. The staff are very unfriendly and on the website indicates the store closes at 10.00pm on Tuesday but they close at 9.00pm and there are no chicken available at 8.30pm… I suggest fixing the website for times open and close and have chicken available…. Really disappointed KFC lover…

The worker decided to kick us out for eating food that wasn’t from the restaurant but we ordered our own food at the restaurant too? I understand if it was food that was making somebody have an allergic reaction or something serious but honestly this is childish. We made an order upwards of 100$ and waited patiently for a very long time to deal with this.

The older lady pam who take orders is always rude and is annoyed every time I order through the drive thru, she is not customer service oriented and is the reason why my family will no longer be going to this location. I should not hear someone sighing and speak in a rude obnoxious tone while taking orders. She makes it such a big deal when I ask to make a separate order or ask any question.
