The worker decided to kick us out for eating food that wasn’t from the restaurant but we ordered our own food at the restaurant too? I understand if it was food that was making somebody have an allergic reaction or something serious but honestly this is childish. We made an order upwards of 100$ and waited patiently for a very long time to deal with this.

The older lady pam who take orders is always rude and is annoyed every time I order through the drive thru, she is not customer service oriented and is the reason why my family will no longer be going to this location. I should not hear someone sighing and speak in a rude obnoxious tone while taking orders. She makes it such a big deal when I ask to make a separate order or ask any question.

I wonder why the prices on this KFC is almost about $3-5 more than the regular KFC branches? Have i not really been into one for so long? I would understand if it was at Ft.Macmurray or at Northwest Territories, but at Lac La Biche? Sorry just got surprised but i still love the flavors of the chicken.

Waiting 10 minutes at the front cash and nobody even bother to say hi, they are just looking at us.When we ask why nobody is helping us, the old lady give us attitude. In my opinion, I think she is not happy working at all.

Best kfc in alberta imo. It just tastes right, the gravy is right the chicken coating is right...the service is fast and friendly. Anyone who thinks this kfc is bad should try Fort McMurray locations. I drive to lac la biche for a ride sometimes just to get good kfc. ?

This location - Whether its lunch or dinner you can smell the KFC from the road so you can bet their meals are always fresh. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable of their menu. The sandwich’s are made to order and their chicken wings are highly recommended. Worth it!!
