Sub was great, staff was amazing as usual… however, listening to the manager on shift speak to the staff in such a rude and condescending manner… infront of a restaurant full of customers… was very hard to stomach.
Every time I come into the Subway in Lac La Biche, Karam goes above and beyond. He’s always smiling, asks how my day was, and makes my sandwich fast and just the way I like it. It’s always a great experience when he’s working—super friendly and welcoming!
