Avoid this place at all costs. The cashier was rude from the start for no reason. I ordered to dine in since Google clearly says they’re open until 10pm. While I was still eating, the old lady on shift shut off the lights without warning and told us to leave because she wanted to go home. The way she spoke and handled it was completely unacceptable.

I did not get the lady name that served us but I don’t think she should be in the service industry. She acts like you are an inconvenience and bothering her, very rude. Also what taco place doesn’t have a side of sour cream that you can purchase? I guess this one since she told us we could not get any. Shouldn’t it follow all taco bells I have always been able to buy one.

Quite possibly the last great Taco Bell in Alberta. The serving portions are huge. The ingredients are delicious. If you're into Taco Bell, it's worth the drive even from Edmonton. Seriously, it's out of this world good.

Atrocious service, horrid workers, and nasty fast food establishment. Save your money and go anywhere else but!

Chris and his teammates need to teach an advanced course in customer service. Large complicated order assembled perfectly with a freebie or two tossed in for good measure. All with a smile, completed quickly while serving others as well. Absolute excellence and expertise in a place where you would least expect it. Also well-prepared items that were super delicious.

Spent 31$ on two menu items from the tacobell(normally wouldn’t but it was my third time ever having it, so why not?) They overcharged me too, because I didn’t get combos. The shells and meat were completely foul (shells were stale and soggy, the meat was horrid and gave me food poisoning in both the loco tacos and supreme wrap) and despite all that I never got a refund, a call back, nothing. The owner doesn’t even offer coupons or refunds as far as I’m aware and been told. I spent two hours on the phone with several people for it to go no where because they require the owners permission apparently.
The staff was nice but when you walk in it feels gloomy and just depressing. Music wasn’t playing and no one was talking.

It's the most expensive k.f.c ive been too. The times I went here i felt the cashiers were not customer service appropriate. No hi hello or even politeness in person in the restaurant. I had to initiate the interaction all 3 times I went into the store and it seemed like the cashiers treats each customer differently on who they are we have come to notice when we were waiiting inside the restaurant, it was our observation. For a small gravy it's 4 dollars plus tax. We now go to VH in Lac La Biche for our fast food dinners and their gravy is so good and priced decently. When we crave k.f.c , we now have decided to drive to st.paul because the amount we spend on gas to get there is the same amount of money we spend to eat at the k.f.c in lac la biche.

Slowest KFC in Taco Bell I have ever been too. I spent 24 minutes in the drive-through only four cars ahead of me.

Better than other taco bells I have been to in northern Alberta. They don't stiff you on the fillings. They are a combo location with a KFC. The chicken was average, could have been crispier. The tacos were pretty good, same as when I had them a month previous.

Vegetarian options: Beans in place of beef or chicken.

One old woman allowed me to use bathroom. After using washroom, one junk old lady with ugly rude face at the counter says “customers only washroom. You should buy something to use washroom”.
1. Why was I given permission to use the washroom in first place?
2. They should display notice that the washroom is only for customers who purchase.

We will never visit this inhumane place!!

Best Taco Bell in the world. I’m not lying when I say the customer service here was the best anyone will ever be treated in any restaurant ever. Chris was extremely helpful, patient, and polite while taking my order. Chris literally deserves the best employee award in Canada. The food was fresh and the tacos were actually quite filling. Here I tried a new flavour of Mountain Dew called Baja Blast. It tasted like a slurpee. Five stars and would definitely recommend.
