Coffee is always fresh.
downside always long line, that's why it's good to order on the app.

I normally order a toasted bagel with cream cheese, it was cold and chewy one time and then hard and stale the next time, i thought food was supposed to be fresh? coffee is okay.

went thru drive thru to get my regular canadian maple FILLED donut & i then got home 20 minutes out of town to eat a none filled donut, this isn’t the first time somethings happened. they are the worst tim hortons i have been to. I do not recommend wasting your money here.

Not a bad time Hortons at times. But have had my orders messed up on at times and also at times can hardly understand the person in drive thru. With proper training they can become alot better in areas for service etc. But not a bad Tim's pretty decent on some occasions.

Went to drive thru and this guy is swearing at us and saying wrong things but we never said anything he was saying we’re yelling but we’re not, he didn’t take our order and the worse thing is he made us wait for 10 mins, and we’re so disappointed.

I order in drive thru, I forget some order that my son want me to add, when I got in counter window I ask the crew to add my son order but she refused, she told me they have performance timer, my question now to the owner of Tim Horton on Lac La biche, did you hire a worker for the performance timer or for the customer satisfaction for your service, look like your crew working because of the bonus if they reach the performance time, than the quality service to the customer, 100% not recommended for there service

This isn’t Tim Hortons, make any excuse not to make something and if they do it’s made poorly or incorrect. Hopefully one day it will get fixed

Stir the coffees, I don't know what kind of rush you guys think you're in but stirring the coffee is probably one of the most important tasks working in a COFFEE SHOP.
