I am writing to express my disappointment with the atmosphere at your establishment. While I have enjoyed visiting your shop in the past, I was disturbed by the plain white wall that is displayed in the main seating area.The plain white colour of the wall is jarring to me, and it makes me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. I understand that some people may not be bothered by this, but for me, the plain white wall is too sterile and does not fit with the overall atmosphere of a coffee...
A hidden gem! Even as an infrequent customer, whenever I pop in, I am greeted as a friend, often, even by name. Recently I found myself over extended in prep for a family event and thought I would see about getting a last minute meal prepared; we had had meals for work meetings before and always had our expectations met. Excellent and friendly service! It's a pretty nice spot with the big windows, fireplace and live music. Love the options on the menu and the fact that there is other events happening in the building along with the city's library. Need to visit!
