We were visiting Lacombe for a business meeting and it was suggested to visit BP for lunch. We greatly appreciated the recommendation!
The food is fairly standard in that it's prepared relatively quickly and served in a timely manner.
What set this visit apart was the service and staff. Very friendly, helpful and funny. They took the time to answer our questions and did everything they could to ensure a stellar customer service experience. Loved it!

We went to Boston pizza lacombe for lunch today. Very dissappapointed, although this isn't the first time we have had awful food at this location.
Our one pizza was extremely burnt and the manager served it to us. (They tried to fix this and brought us another pizza which ended up undercooked and even worse tasting)
One of our other meals was dry and soggy Ceasar salad. The garlic cheese bread has a few sprinkles of cheese if that, and was extremely dry.
Over all, we will not be coming back here. Extremely disgusted.
We will make sure to let everyone know not to come to this location.

We went to Boston Pizza tonight for dinner. It took 30 minutes to order a drink and another 30 to order our food. We were trying to be understanding but as you can imagine our food took forever to come too.
They were not overly busy, and had enough staff, to at least check on us. We asked for ketchup and the waitress brought it to us when the kids we're done eating their fries. Kids eat slow. The customer service wasn't good and the food was lukewarm when it arrived. I was also served the wrong soup (which was half of my meal) I do not often leave reviews but felt I needed to.

I was shocked when we received the bill for our food. For chicken wings that had more breading than meat, for a dip that was overcooked, a booth with crumbs on it, and lights that could cause epilepsy, we were charged an abhorrent amount of money. We were not even offered a different booth away from the row of crazy lights we had to ask for one. This is not a fancy restaurant that people get dressed up to go to. This is a place for tired moms and students who want just a little more than fast food. We will not be going back. We would rather spend less money at a quality restaurant. So disappointed.

Great food, we enjoyed the half orders of the Jambalaya Fettuccine and the Hungry Carnivore. The Server was very friendly and gave us some tips to explore the area.

My daughter and I had a fantabulous experience at the BP Lacombe location Saturday evening. We can't thank ILEA enough for her exceptional customer service.
First of all, Ilea makes the best Margarita ever. Glenn, who used to work at the Red Deer South location was the best. Ilea's surpassed his. My daughter also enjoyed the Ceaser equally. ?
I have allergies and the first thing I asked Ilea was if they have an allergy binder. She said yes and the best part was that she knew how to use it. Yay
There was a couple of glitches with our food order. All good, things happen "It is what it is". Ilea handled the issues with grace, humour and expediency. She immediately took action to rectify the situation, twice. She did all that while providing quality customer service to an almost full lounge and a large group on the patio as well as bartending. WOW! And smiling the entire time.
Our food order was not only corrected in a timely manner, it was delicious! Thank you Chef!
That was our first time at the Lacombe location. We will definitely be back and hopefully Ilea will be working. Actually, we will only go if she is working.
