I don't even know where to begin ..they mixed up our order gave our child's to some one else so had to wait even longer and then the waitress was never around took a extra 30 min to even get take out boxes and then had to find a diffrent waitress to get our bill oh and instead of comping our child's meal because of the mistake they offered a salad a child a salad we were eating our mains ..will not go back

Food was alright I don't know if there was something wrong with the boneless wings because I was sick all the next day. Service was great! Need to check your sidewalks more often for ice tho!

Food is subpar! Everything has gotten freezer friendly. The meals r beyond disgusting. But with paying their cooks $15-$16/hr is what the problem is. All franchises seem to have downgraded their food and their restaurant atmosphere/decor the same. Skip BPs all together unless ur there just for drinks and even that is

We ate here for the first time in years and overall enjoyed the experience. With our group of 4 people ordering, 3 of the meals were great and 1 we did not enjoy. When I mentioned to the waitress that there was an issue with it, nothing was done except to say that she was sorry and thank-you for bringing it to her attention. I did end up having to ask for a discount and although it was given, it would have been nice to have been offered due to it being undercooked.However the other 3 meals (the truffle pizza, the spinach and mushroom pasta bake and a kids burger) were delicious. I would recommend and likely return again. The ambience is always nice as well.Also, our waitress let my girls each have a bowl of ice cream even though we had only ordered one kids meal. That was very sweet and my kids appreciated it!
