We were seated quickly and received our drinks right away, which was a great start. Our 9-year-old received her meal promptly as well. Unfortunately, that’s where things went downhill. We waited 45 minutes for our meals and were told they were being plated. Ten minutes later, we noticed tables who had been seated after us receiving their food. When our waitress came back, she asked if the manager had spoken to us — they had not. We were then informed that one of our burgers had to be remade again. At that point, we simply couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave without eating. It was really disappointing because the experience started off so well. We truly wanted to give this place 5 stars, but the lack of communication and long wait time made that impossible. We drove back to edmonton with out eating.

Gross! Tried several times but found the food to be disgusting. Raw Turkey legs, pink hamburgers etc. only to have them zap what little nutrients left in a microwave. I don’t get it, why do people spend money on over priced garbage food? The servers were fantastic and very caring. But what drew us in was food and it did not meet minimal standards.

Been twice in the last month for the no peeking promotion. Excellent idea.
Unfortunately the food has been inconsistent. First time my wifes meal had a hair in it. Sent back with no issues and remade.
Went again this evening, hamburger was under cooked. Very pink in the middle. I had a triple patty and one of the patties was slightly pink, not enough to return. Recooked my wifes burger. The burger came back the fries were undercooked. The bacon was not crisped. Fully cooked but chewy does not go well on a burger.
Waitress was nice but did not refill waters or bring condiments we had asked for.
Not our first time here, we live not far. However food consistency has been a problem before. Taking Cilantro and Chive off our dining list.

December BOTM was epic, chicken was cooked perfectly. Music/Sound of the atmosphere was at a nice level as the music they play during our dining experience is always fantastic, while easily being able to have a conversation with your Family at the table. Hostess & Server’s, cheerful and supportive as always. Overall great experience as usual and well worth our 1 hour drive one way specifically to go there.

nice place, service friendly but slow. overall a good spot for family or mid sized groups to pop into. little pricey, but i still recommend 👍
Went on a Thursday at 11:30 for lunch. There were two other tables occupied. We waited for almost 20 min without being served. When we left without being served we were asked “where were you sitting?” - by the person who seated us. No apologies, or can we do anything to keep your business today.
Very poor service by the staff.
UPDATE. Owner reached out based on the review. We discussed the issue, and we will try the restaurant again when we go through Lacombe.
