The last good DQ Burger in Alberta.
Was passing through Lacombe and decided to roll the dice on your local DQ. Everywhere else in Alberta ordering anything but ice cream is risky at a DQ.
Today I had the best flame thrower burger I can remember. A treat I had almost given up on. Thanks for serving it hot and fresh.

Ice cream is always perfect. Service is always good. Atmosphere, well, the music, not so good. I'm not a fan of Ariana Grande (?) but it's what we had to listen to while we ate our treats 😋 and it was rather loud and annoying. (Not sure if it was AG, but sure sounded like her). Also, the freezer needs a new something to make it quieter. We have been going there for 4 years and we can't sit inside as the freezer sounds like it blew a muffler. Not going to fix that? It's very loud. Other than that, we like the place and recommend 👌 it.

Ordered a large and a medium blizzard, I got a medium and small. When I asked the clerk why they said they where large and medium but the display on the counter showed that I had a medium and a small. Very annoyed with this type of scammy behaviour. Will never go back there.

Wait in the drive thru for 10 mins they park me make me wait another 15 mins I get my chicken strip basket and the fries are soggy as hell. I miss the days where FAST food was fast and cheap

As always we ordered two Peanut Buster Parfait from DQ Lacombe for my wife and I. It’s our one day a week that we treat ourselves. We have done this for years now.
The last time we went they did not give us a traditional parfait. There was no peanuts in the bottom of the middle and there was very little fudge sauce in the bottom or middle.
They ripped us off and there charging more for it. We will travel to Blackfaulds from now on. The fact of the matter is they’re screwing loyal customers. Shame on you!!!

Every time we buy a box of buster bars from here they are never made right you pay $15 bucks they should at least have the peanuts and chocolate on the inside like they used to 1st box I bought I thought maybe they where just made shitty 2nd box exactly the same what a waste of money to buy just ice cream on a stick with 2 peanuts and a tiny bit of fudge at the bottom not even in the middle what a disappointment.
Everything about the restaurant was amazing and my partner got the 8-dollar meal deal and it was delicious. The service was awesome they were nice and polite they treated us with respect they even said thank you. The atmosphere was so comfy and looks like a old school dinner highly recommend going there:)

We went through the drive-thru. Service was good and fast enough. However, the ice cream was terrible. Like the mix wasn’t right. It was icy and flavorless. Maybe just an off night, but it sucks when you have driven away and can’t return the two blizzards and a sundae you got. Burgers and chicken fingers were fine.
