Found help for my thyroid in how to eat properly and proper supplements. Have learned so much from Julia. I couldn't have come this far without her support and teaching. The Thyroid class was amazing help an support for me. Other classes I have enjoyed also!
Great selection of healthy stuff so glad lacombe has a place like this
