Just needed to take a moment to give this business a review. I came in a week ago. I had been struggling with a bit of brain fog and actually resting. Julia suggested a magnesium and boron that I have been taking for a week and have already seen tremendous difference. Thank you!!
Found help for my thyroid in how to eat properly and proper supplements. Have learned so much from Julia. I couldn't have come this far without her support and teaching. The Thyroid class was amazing help an support for me. Other classes I have enjoyed also!
