How disappointing it is to pull in and try to get a bucket of chicken at dinner time and be told it's a 20 minute wait. Seriously it's 5pm on a weekend no less! You would think spending around $50 (at least) that you'd have it ready and waiting for customers. This KFC is a joke

They never have the specials that are on the web site. So I called to ask if they have this special that's on the website instead of going in and being disappointed. Of course no. I called back because I found something else that I might be interested in. They keep hanging up( I am and have always been a polite person) Are all KFC like that or just the Lacombe branch??

This is the third time I’ve been to this location since it opened. Every time I vow I will not go back. The chicken is always dry and overcooked. It’s 5:30. Supper tome. How can it be so dried out ? Unless it’s sitting for too long in the ovens or too long in the deep frier. Obvious that staff does not understand North American food… at all I’ve gone back to give them a second and third chance since they opened. I will not give them another chance

One would assume a fast food restaurant would understand their busiest times each day, when dinner rushes occur, and to be properly prepared and ready to serve customers; but obviously not at this KFC location. After placing my dinner order in the drive through, drive up to the window, actually pay for food, then actually told by the staff person “sorry it will be 20 minutes for your food, can you please wait” is completely unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous customer service at 6:30pm on a Saturday. Completely absurd.
I should have checked out the reviews prior to deciding to stop at this KFC in Lacombe. It took 30 minutes to get our meal and we watched other having to wait and even received their orders prior to ours. Amazing this KFC is still in business. Perhaps they should invest in competent staff and a manger or two that know how to work and run a ‘fast’ food restaurant instead they invested in new renovations and building that may look nice, but stay away unless you want to waste 30 minutes of your time.

This location is generally pretty good, but I'm giving it ONE STAR because they have introduced a $12 spend minimum if you want to order on the app. So I can't just get a chicken sandwich anymore, gotta buy a bunch of stuff I don't want. No other KFC in central has this limit for online ordering. Hey KFC Lacombe, remove the $12 order minimum and I'll change my review to 5 stars.

First time since the 90's ordering from KFC. I ordered online, picked a pickup time, arrived to see it was just being packed up. The restaurant was clean and bright and the chicken was not greasy and tasted great. Staff was friendly.

Horrible! Not the the first time I have ordered and they have forgotten something in the order. This time was just terrible, foul language towards staff by a female supervisor over an hour of waiting for our food. Watched many people come in, order and leave. Can't contact the store, just get hung up on. I will not recommend to anyone.
