I had a great experience at KFC—the chicken was hot, crispy, and full of that classic flavor, with juicy meat on the inside and a perfectly seasoned crunch on the outside. The sides were fresh and satisfying, the service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. This location is so dependent on which staff are working. Just came through for chicken tenders at 7:30pm, 2 orders for 6 pieces. Staff member said they would only cook 10 pieces meal, not 2 6-piece meals. We asked why, and said they only cook them in 10 batches and would be a waste- then said rudely the wait would be 20mins..... I want to mention this drive-thru was DEAD, no one here at 7pm and they refused to cook us chicken, this order was worth over $50. I could see being close to when the drive through closes for the night to have this attitudes toward a client but 7pm is early for fast food- yikes! We went across the street to Dairy Queen and got our chicken tenders. TERRIBLE SERVICE
