Purchased a Grilled Chicken Sandwich from here. Meat was Grey, Lettuce was Brown, and loads of Red Onion. To make a long story short - two bites in, and I had to pull over and throw up...was sick the rest of the day.Filled out Customer Survey from Mary Brown's with my experience, and not a peep.Needless to say - will not be back!

Beyond disappointed. Placed an online order, drove 15 mins only to be told they’re out of chicken. Why didn’t someone call me to inform me as soon as the order was placed. Not to mention how do you not have chicken!! It’s a chicken restaurant. Last visit wasn’t much better they were out of boxed for larger taters so gave us medium size instead and didn’t inform us we were getting less, or offer a discount for the size difference. We were already home before noticing. Will not be returning to this location.

Reshma was incredibly kind and helpful while ordering. They were quick to take our order and greeted us as we walked in with a friendly smile. Me and my husband are very very pleased with our order it was so tasty! Also she recommended we try the Nashville taters and we loved them. We wouldn't have known about them if not for her. 5 stars for sure!

Your store doesn't take your gift cards. The little lady did everything to make our experience great, which she did and happy to say we will return. However not being able to take our gift cards was highly disappointing. This was in Lacombe

18 piece meal was really greasy and 2 pieces of those 18 were like half a chicken lol never seen that before amd never care to again. It'll be a very long time I go back there.
