It was good food is usually alright. The sitting area is good for the most part however sometimes tables aren't cleaned but usually they are. Also find sometimes they can be quite busy and takes a little longer to get food here but most times it is worth the wait.

During my lunch break, I was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The store was clean. The staff friendly. When my order arrived, the food was not only hot and fresh but also what I had ordered, and good service made my visit great. Frankly I never have issues with this mcdonalds.

Went drive thru before work, halfway through having our order taken the girl disappears. We say “hello, hello?” and no answer. Meanwhile 3 others cars are helped at the other speaker. Girl comes back saying they had to change tills (why in the middle of someone’s order?!) so then we get to the window and the order is wrong. We fix the order at the window but hadn’t realized my card tapped when she put the pin pad machine towards us, so we got charged the original amount + the new total = over $30 for our under $20 order. I called the store and was told to come in to get a refund. I go in and am told I am wrong, there’s no double charge in their system and I won’t be getting a refund. I have my bank statements, proof that I was charged twice and the exact difference is the cost of the item we added that they originally missed. Still I was told I am not getting my refund. Terrible customer service and now I am out money that should be in my account and not McDonald’s.

Third time in a row didn't get pepper like requested. And this time after down the road on -40 morning, realized they forgot the hash brown. Shame when you have to check your bag before leaving to make sure you get what you pay for.
