This is a new cafe to us since our last visit to Lacombe—a nice location on a main street in a heritage building. The interior is bright, warm, and inviting, with ample space. We ordered drinks and baked goods, including a latte, a chai tea, a muffin, and a chocolate croissant. The drinks were well prepared, and the baked goods were excellent. They serve and sell Fratello coffee.

They also have a small food retail section featuring specialty goods at reasonable prices. We came away with a loaf of house-made sourdough bread and a bottle of ginger syrup. Both items were delicious and of good quality.

I would highly recommend stopping here if you are in the Lacombe area. We will be making future visits as we pass through the town.

In town for grandsons hockey game and stopped by to get a bit of lunch. I had the traveller sandwich, a raspberry raiboos tea latte, peanut butter honey cookie. Amazing food. Everything was very delicious and fresh. Service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much for your amazing lunch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My favorite café in town! The atmosphere is always so warm, clean, and inviting. I also love browsing the little market items inside, or popping next door to Downton & Co. while waiting for my coffee.

As a bit of a coffee snob, I’m pretty picky when it comes to cafés, but Ona consistently gets it right. The food is fantastic too—I highly recommend the New Yorker!

Stopped in Lacombe on the way home to Edmonton just looking for an authentic meal. What a fantastic surprise! Perhaps the best (1/2) sandwich (grilled chicken, roasted red pepper, avocado - Yum!) I have ever had on the freshest, tenderest ciabatta bun. Lovely staff. An excellent iced latte. I can’t wait to return. Finally: a true gem on the way between Calgary and Edmonton. No more Gasoline Alley! Yay.
