I remember the toasty pan pizza from other pizza huts in the past...yum. This location has pan pizza that's like a fluffy cake dough....not yum. They also have undercooked cheese, barely melted. Please cook pan pizza maybe 5 minutes longer with a bit of oil in the pan. Missing the toasty dough and toasty cheese of years past.

ordered the daily monday pizza with homestyle crust .the middle 2 inches was a dough ball. The bottom was cooked but center was still raw . Called to inform them and was told there was nothing they could do as the Manager had already left and the new staff member who made it had already gone as well. I requested a discount or another pizza and he said he couldn't do anything and the manager would call me tomorrow

I called in an order for delivery, we got 22 Honey Garlic boneless wings and 22 mild hot normal wings, The delivery was fast and efficient however we noticed one was way smaller than the other so we counted the wings 17 in one container and 19 in the other when I called to inform them about it (mind you I wasn't asking for anything back just wanted to let them know) I spoke to a man very apologetic saying he could add 10 to my next order I told him it was ok and that I wasn't looking for any return just wanted them to know, then a woman who I am assuming is the manager got on the phone called me a liar said I wasn't getting my order replaced when I said I didn't want it replaced I just wanted them to know she hung up on me. I was a regular at this place but after that incident never again.

Parking: Strange parking lot and yet easily accessible especially travelling southbound on the 2a.
Every time I’ve ordered from here, the food is subpar. The Blackfalds location is FAR better. All other locations are better. The staff who answer the phone are rude, and cut you off, and have no interest telling you what the deals are. Really disappointed in Lacombe location.

Ordered from here before and the drivers are always excellent. However, the guy who answers the phone is a donkey.They messed up my order (I had the receipt) and attacked me when I called to question about it. The guy was mean and nasty about it instead of a proper CRM discussion like a normal human beingAbsolute joke, and the last time I will provide to your franchise anywhere. I put the food in the bin and ordered elsewhere.

They do not accept Pizza Hut gift cards at this location. Ordered expecting to use a gift card and had to pay out of pocket. Didn't realize a particular location could choose whether or not to "honor" franchise gift cards.When someone gives you a gift card, you order food expecting to use the gift card, and only find out about this situation at the point of purchase, you are left with the choice to either make other arrangements for your meal or pay out of pocket. Neither of these options may be ideal or practical for everyone, and this underhanded practice easily gets one star.Staff was nice.
