This is the only second cup I go too, ranjeet love her she’s awesome, always put a smile on my face and a nice conversation everyday. The atmosphere of the cafe is warm and bright. Coffee taste amazing.

We went there at 6:30pm and it says on the sign and on google both says they close at 7pm but the lady that was there was not letting us come in. If you cannot provide service at a certain time then you shouldn’t open that late. We are so disappointed as we always go to the one in red deer.

Rarely is the Lacombe location open for its 7AM open time in the morning during the week. I’ve tried on multiple occasions to pop in before I head to the office, and they’re always closed, even though they advertise open at 7AM. If understaffed, no worries! But should share updated hours either online or on their door.

Aug 2 at 2pm, the lady serving us was more interested in her conversation with phone call on her headset then serving us.

She didn't stop her conversation to serve us, simply pointed at the terminal mid conversation for us to pay.

Couldn't tell if she ever sir to us because she was speaking a different language and never looked at is except when pointing where to pay.

I enjoy second cup, the coffee was great, but that was the most dismissive service I've ever seen.

Not the Second Cup Cafe that I knew in the past. IT WAS SO MUCH BETTER. Awesome new decor style, friendly service and amazing Latte. We tried the vanilla latte , matcha latte and both were delicious. Definitely better than Tim Hortons and Starbucks for sure.

A little off the highway at Lacombe, this location is easy to access, and has the standard Second Cup offerings. Usually only one staff working, so don't be in a rush if the place has a few customers at a time.

Overpriced mid coffee, don’t even have the flavours you want or would be needed for a coffee shop. Drive through sign looks like it was taped together by a two year old. Service? What service?! Asked for an egg and sausage sandwich, she kept asking “pesto” each of the four people in the car took their turn thinking she was over the pesto, pest NO. Said no so many times we got tired of hearing the word pesto. And guess what? We still got pesto on the sandwich.
So; you don’t even offer what hippie coffee shops are known for(flavour shots) and then the service was just as bad as the coffee.
Also what coffee shop opens at 8am? Peope work, McDonalds is open 24/7 and their drip coffee is world famous. Should’ve saved myself the $4 and just gotten the dons for a coffee that would’ve tasted better anyways. This is why I never try new places always just a disappointment.

Second cup Lacombe has been a wonderful place to get my morning cup. Employees Ranjeet and Jo are hardworking, fast, proffesional and kind. They are a wonderful part of my morning routine. There used to be a very unreliable employee working there who made it a poor experience, but since she has left at least a month ago I have not had a bad experience again. Thanks Ranjeet and Jo for such great service!
