Sooooooo slow. No one in the drive thru and only 1 car parked out front and it took almost 10 minutes waiting for a tea and cookie.

It’s no wonder that 2nd cups have started to turn into a Starbucks. In my opinion 2nd cup is better. But when you have an open sign on and you have a drive-through and no one was there multiple times multiple days as a person that lives in Lacombe I stopped there often, but I’m now at the point where it doesn’t make sense to even bother because drive-through is only open or somebody is actually there 50% of the time. I just don’t understand why you are throwing away business. If I’m going through a drive-through it’s because I don’t have time to go inside so I just drive away. That being said there is a lovely I want to say Filipino lady that is there some of the time that does a fantastic job

I stopped at Second Cup just a few minutes ago as it was just off the highway on my travels excited to get a frozen hot chocolate and a slice of lemon loaf. I pulled up to the drive-through waited and there was nothing for the first minute then I said hello and waited again. Still nothing I said hello a second time and still nothing about 2 to 3 minutes after I initially pulled up I started to think that it maybe I needed to back up and trip something and then I hear annoyed hello. I placed my order for frozen hot chocolate with extra chocolate, no whip and a slice of lemon loaf. When I get to the window a didn’t even say hello and just got a debit machine in my face and when I asked if I could use my points again, she seemed annoyed and frustrated that I asked her to do something. The frozen hot chocolate was not blended, and there was no extra chocolate and barely enough chocolate to flavor the ice and the lemon loaf was hard to say it was stale would be putting it nicely. I’m very disappointed. It was a waste of my points and truly five bucks for a hard piece of cake that I couldn’t even eat and I spit out.

The drinks are always great, it is my favourite coffee place. But there have been too many times I have gone in the morning and no one has been there. Open sign lit and everything. I sat there for 5-10 minutes in the drive through and once I went inside and there was no one around. Very annoying when the place is clearly open I do want to say that most of the time I get wonderful service. If not for the lack of service most mornings I have gone I would probably give 5 stars

The lacombe location only has one employee on, these poor kids can't stop to use the bathroom. It's sad to see. You'd think at 8$ for a coffee the staff could have time to use the washroom.

Was pleasant surprised to find there was now a Second Cup in a new strip mall as soon as you enter Lacombe. I have loved Second Cup for years and look forward to making a stop here every time I'm in town for business. The service was wonderful and I am a huge fan of their coffee and baking!
