It’s no wonder that 2nd cups have started to turn into a Starbucks. In my opinion 2nd cup is better. But when you have an open sign on and you have a drive-through and no one was there multiple times multiple days as a person that lives in Lacombe I stopped there often, but I’m now at the point where it doesn’t make sense to even bother because drive-through is only open or somebody is actually there 50% of the time. I just don’t understand why you are throwing away business....
The drinks are always great, it is my favourite coffee place. But there have been too many times I have gone in the morning and no one has been there. Open sign lit and everything. I sat there for 5-10 minutes in the drive through and once I went inside and there was no one around. Very annoying when the place is clearly open

The lacombe location only has one employee on, these poor kids can't stop to use the bathroom. It's sad to see. You'd think at 8$ for a coffee the staff could have time to use the washroom.
