I went to the Lacombe Starbucks this morning. Arrived: 720 am all five staff were bickering, it too three minutes for someone to approach the til and take my order - a cappuccino and a croissant.
I went to the washroom, I came out, my drink was ready but no sign of my croissant. The staff were still fighting, now seven staff members bickering in front of me. I interrupted their argument to request my food. They said ok, and walked away, into the fight. I watched them argue for two more minutes.
At 736 am left with my coffee only. I paid for the croissant and they refused to stop arguing amongst each other to serve me
I cant have coffee. So i ordered the pumpkin spice CREME like i usually do. Today, I ordered it again, first sip I was confused, it did not taste how it usually did. My friend tasted it and confirmed it did infact have coffee in it. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I come through this Starbucks often with my basset hound and always get a drink and a pup cup. Today, my dog has to be put down, so I got him a pup cup with chocolate syrup, so he could try chocolate for his first time. The ladies gave me my order for free, this act of kindness was much needed, and made this very difficult time a little better. Thank you guys so much.

Came in to this Starbucks to get a coffee (take out). As usual, I was NOT disappointed with either the coffee or the service (it's a bit difficult to go wrong with a Starbucks coffee...)!

Being the only Starbucks in the area makes it so you can't go really anywhere else unless you head to Red Deer the staff are very nice but the service is extremely slow and they constantly screw up a simple coffee order I'm very disappointed
