I come through this Starbucks often with my basset hound and always get a drink and a pup cup. Today, my dog has to be put down, so I got him a pup cup with chocolate syrup, so he could try chocolate for his first time. The ladies gave me my order for free, this act of kindness was much needed, and made this very difficult time a little better. Thank you guys so much.

Being the only Starbucks in the area makes it so you can't go really anywhere else unless you head to Red Deer the staff are very nice but the service is extremely slow and they constantly screw up a simple coffee order I'm very disappointed

Didn't put extra shot of expresso. I tasted it and asked and she assured me she did. Worries me when young adults can lie so sincerely. How can she assure when she's working the drive through and didn't make my Americano. Anyway weak Americano with too much cream. Consistant cream would be awesome. Save your $5.

Scammers, literally refuse to js give u s full drink, u ask for no ice and they water it down instead, if u get a frap its half filled with whipped cream. Lazy employees acting like giving u what u paid for comes outta there pockets. 7$ a drink? Gfy

Don’t order ahead online you will end up waiting for it at the drive-thru window every time. Wait twice as long to get a coffee that is still made wrong. Other Starbucks give out a gift card when you’ve had to wait an extensive amount of time, this Starbucks just passes you burnt coffee says sorry and closes their window.

This USE to be a good starbucks. For the last couple weeks it has been brutal. Repeating simple orders like “grande mocha half sweet” multiple times. Drinks being messed up. Today we ordered the new FEATURED lavender matcha drink and somehow ended up with a lavender latte?? Pictures included. Only reason for not getting it fixed is being the person who got it for me didn’t know what it was suppose to look like and thought it was fine. Just disappointing lately.

The drinks are amazing, me and my partner got the pink drink it is so freaking good I’ve never had it tell now. The service is top notch the workers are so friendly and welcoming! They have smiles on their faces and are really amazing with the customers! They even got my partners name right! The atmosphere is so amazing it feels and looks like a cafe, it has the benches and chairs and tons of friendly people. I really recommend going to Starbucks!:)
