Service here has been a steady decline for a while. Prices keep going up while service and quality continue to get worse. Long long waits, many menu items are frequently unavailable. This review isn’t from one bad experience but exasperation from multiple disappointing visits. I have started bringing my own coffee to work to avoid having to deal with this aggravation daily. I am only one customer and I am sure they don’t care but I talk to other people who are also visiting less as well. The franchise owner needs to be replaced or retrained

This is the dirtiest restaurant, bar none, I have ever been in. The floors and bathrooms are disgusting. Will not enter their doors again. Have spoken to others in Lacombe and they have stopped going there as well. They are loosing business.

the old lady working at the till inside taking my order today february the 7th was very rude. lunch starts at 11, its 1130am and she told me i couldn’t order anything with rice and wouldn’t take my order. i went through the drive through at first and they told me to order inside so i went inside to order and the lady would not take my order. so i ordered through the self order machine and received my food in 2 minutes. this interaction and her attitude put me in a bad mood especially since she didnt let me order my food.

They never have like 75% of the food items, we ordered a bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese , and it looked like they just scraped whatever cream cheese was left of the knife on, there was so little cream cheese, it would’ve been less embarrassing if they would have forgotten to put it on altogether, I honestly wish I took a picture. The place is also incredibly dirty, bathroom has garbage in the sink and all over the floor.

God forbid you want a loaded wrap at this place. Been in this town for a week and so far they’ve been out of chicken, then rice, then tortillas, then veggies, now chicken again. I’m not sure where all the ingredients are going since they haven’t sold a single wrap all week.
If you’re just here for the coffee then you’re in for the usual Timmie’s experience. Maybe you get your drink, maybe you get the guy behind you and now you’re both confused but content because for some reason as Canadians we’re just addicted to the abuse this franchise pumps out.
Make sure you don’t have much else planned in your day when you come here because it’s about a 15 minute wait no matter what you get. If you ordered if cubes, you’ll be served a cup of water.

Complete order was wrong this morning. Bagel was wrong, iced coffee was wrong. Wanted caramel toffee got some maple flavour? The wrap tastes horrible, not sure what’s going on there. Not very happy on my $13 meal that I won’t eat.

Worst time Hortons I have ever been to! We waited in the longest line, I have waited in at a Tim Hortons period. When we finally got the window we watched two cars pass at the other order intercom while we sat. After which we decided the one we were at must be broken so we drove ahead only to be spoken very rude to by a lady who was very difficult to understand, to try to get our order placed, only for her to get it wrong after mulitple attempts. Then they refused to put peanut butter on the bagel, which other tim hortons often do even though its not policy, at which point we were told that they charge for peanut butter - which makes absolutely no sense. Then she began yelling and being unnecessarily belligerent. After being asked not be rude to us, she continued! Avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs! There is a much better on down the road just a little ways!
Joke and absolutely big joke I have been at this location 4 times each time it got worse, today I went for my first scrambled egg box and they were out of stock on a long weekend. As I was voicing disappointment the lady at the window was listening and another lady told her to shut the window on me. Disgusting customer service and not only won't I go to this tim hortons but no other one ever again. And don't tell me to waste my time with your customer service forms and saying your sorry for my experience it won't do you any good.
