Worst time Hortons I have ever been to! We waited in the longest line, I have waited in at a Tim Hortons period. When we finally got the window we watched two cars pass at the other order intercom while we sat. After which we decided the one we were at must be broken so we drove ahead only to be spoken very rude to by a lady who was very difficult to understand, to try to get our order placed, only for her to get it wrong after mulitple attempts. Then they refused to put peanut butter on the bagel, which other tim hortons often do even though its not policy, at which point we were told that they charge for peanut butter - which makes absolutely no sense. Then she began yelling and being unnecessarily belligerent. After being asked not be rude to us, she continued! Avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs! There is a much better on down the road just a little ways!

Joke and absolutely big joke I have been at this location 4 times each time it got worse, today I went for my first scrambled egg box and they were out of stock on a long weekend. As I was voicing disappointment the lady at the window was listening and another lady told her to shut the window on me. Disgusting customer service and not only won't I go to this tim hortons but no other one ever again. And don't tell me to waste my time with your customer service forms and saying your sorry for my experience it won't do you any good.

Got told to park my vehicle okay fine, but then she's screaming at me that I have to walk back up to the window to get my food. If your going to park someone in the Drive Through, you bring the food out

I waited around 30 minutes just to get an Ice Capp, and even then, my coffee was still not ready. The staff, particularly one older lady, showed a lot of attitude and took an unreasonable amount of time just to prepare one drink. It seems like all the attention is given to the drive-thru customers, while those inside the store are left waiting and ignored. Very disappointing service.

If you go through the drivethru youre going to get the cheeriest person ever on the intercom followed by a grumpy person at the window giving you the wrong order. If you go in, youll neex to repeat your order 3 times before the person reads it back correct. Youll then wait to receive the wrong order. Dont even talk to me about the maple and boston doughnuts thrown in a paper bag for all the icing to stick to, or the lids that dont get put on correctly on the coffee. The only stars at all are for the ice caps tasting good and the fact that the one drivethru lady on the speaker is friendly.
Carter gave us an excellent service every single week for months. Best service I’ve ever experienced in a fast food!

I try to support local. I keep going to this Timmy's even tho I waited at least 15 minutes in the drive-through. I ordered my bagel with creme cheese, which I usually get on the side, but this time I didn't. I get home and open it up to almost no creme cheese. What the heck people. There must be a protocol for making food and how much of whatever to put on it. I'm sure you didn't give it to me for free. Omgosh can you please do better!!
