Ordered here June 9th 2025 and It was a pleasant surprise at the drive thru. The Canadian lady was very polite and good-natured with a professional attitude.
However, upon moving up to the window, I had to deal with a frumpy indian woman with an incomprehensible foreign accent and an abrasive demeanor that left a slightly woeful aftertaste.
Absolutely the worst tims I've ever been to. The service and drive-through were awful. The lady at the window was extremely rude and annoyed when I needed a refund for items they didn't have.
I would never go here again.

Tim Hortons Lacombe â Whatâs the Point?
Stopped by around 10:30 AM on my way to the dump, hoping to grab a coffee and some breakfast. You know, like any normal person would expect from a place known for coffee and breakfast.
Instead, I walked into a ghost kitchen.
No coffee. No Iced Capps. No breakfast items. Nothing but donuts and disappointment.
Staff didnât seem all that concerned eitherâjust casually told me they were out of pretty much everything. How does a Tim Hortons run out of coffee in the morning? Thatâs literally your entire brand.
Ended up walking over to Wendyâs next door, where I actually got food and a drink. Not only did they have everything in stock, but it was fresh, hot, and the service was 10x better.
Honestly, Tim Hortons Lacombe is useless if youâre hungry before noon. Go to Wendyâs instead.

They make a really good steeped tea. I live in Blackfalds, and i go out of my way to visit this store for their steeped teas. Keep it up!

Usually use the drive thru, generally coffee only but on the odd occasion where I ate something I was quite happy with it. The service is excellent, the coffee is better than most Tim Hortons these days. All in all I donât mind spending the money there.

The food wouldn't be too bad if the price was not so expensive.
The woman who is at the drive-thru window rushes you which is horrible because God forbid you plan to pay with anything besides the app, she visibly and verbally expresses annoyance. As others have said, she does stand there yelling "NEXT NEXT CAR" before you've had the chance to put your phone down, let alone grab your paid for items. They also don't hand out napkins which is insane to me when you purchase food items.
I say all of this as someone who has worked at Tim Hortons in my adult life; I understand the stress that management puts on the drive-thru window times. I have had the manager breathing down my neck- it is EXTREMELY intimidating. However, there has to be a way for the woman at the drive-thru to be more courteous.
Truth is, Tim Horton's just wants to take our money and know a good majority will go back regardless of their customer service, so nothing will be done. I know this from experience. The only thing managers/the owner of the franchise cares about is drive-thru times and getting the MOST customers through the drive-thru the fastest.
I will admit though, the staff that take the orders in the drive-thru are absolutely wonderful and such a pleasure to speak to. It's the rest where it all falls apart.

This dude named Alan, took our order and waiting for about 25-30 mins and once we asked where our coffee was he told us that it was a malfunctioned in the system and never went in. Also ordered a wrap and was never made. and never informed us. Very poor service wasted our time
