Usually use the drive thru, generally coffee only but on the odd occasion where I ate something I was quite happy with it. The service is excellent, the coffee is better than most Tim Hortons these days. All in all I don’t mind spending the money there.
Everytime i drive down Highway 2 in the morning, I make sure to stop in Lacombe just for the outstanding service provided by Suzannah (the order taker). She is always so positive and polite. The steeped tea is always hot and fresh and I get a good meal here every single time. I dont think they have ever gotten my order wrong. Keep your smile going Suzannah and thank you for making everyone's day better.
The Tim Hortons in Lacombe has always felt like a small town coffee shop where people meet inside, and out, to just.....hang out! I honestly think this is what Tim Hortons restaurants are meant to feel like! Very friendly and service with a smile! With the workforce the way it is right now, I'm surprised they still maintain this amazing little business! Keep it up!
