Finding this gem is a game changer for my celiac sister and my extreme lactose intolerance. Having so many delicious options is something I thought I would never get. Knowledgeable staff really helps too.

As a celiac, I was so happy to find this dedicated bakery. I love all they make and also that they do deliveries to Edmonton and Calgary areas. Holiday trays make my life easy and the selection is wonderful. Bread options can be egg and dairy free if you want. My favourite is getting fresh cheese bread and cinnamon buns when I drive to Lacombe. What a gem of a store!

Rhea was wonderful, so easy to chat with. A kind soul.
Lots of food choices. I wish there had been a few more fresh items, but that's only because I was impatient and wanted to try them right away. I'm an avid gf baker myself so I judge fairly harsh.
But I also know food is in the eye of .. tongue of the beholder? 🤔
Anyways, the Cinnamon buns had cream cheese icing which I'm not a fan of but it was so faint you barely noticed. But great cinnamon buns. Maybe a tad more cinnamon than some may like if you prefer a more brown sugar type. Donuts were delicious. Creme puffs were good for creme puffs, they never were my favorite. I have yet to try the strudel, chicken pot pie. I only tended to grab things that are more time sensitive and tedious to make. I make many of the items in the store but come on who doesn't love being able to buy something that you know is safe and you don't have to make for once. Heck I'll probably stop by on my way home too. Great little set up too. Easy to shop.

Always a pleasure visiting here. They have everything you pretty much need baking wise. Fresh and ready to go! And our little guy enjoyed his cake pop!!

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter’s first birthday and 12 cupcakes. They did a beautiful job and it was the best gluten free cake we’ve had. We live in St. Albert so we drove an hour and a half to grab it. It was very worth the drive!

The best place in central Alberta for gluten free desserts, meals, bread and etc, etc. My wife raves about this place and has celiacs disease so I would HIGHLY recommend anyone passing through Lacombe check this out AND they have satellite stations that sell their products as well in other places within Alberta.

What an amazing gem of a store./bakery/lunch. They had some samples out and not 1 disappointed. They lady working at the front was very informative and now that i know they deliver to Edmonton area, i will be ordering regularly. Tried a grilled cheese with tomatoes and an iced coffee with some cane sugar. Hit the spot and no issues to report and hour after consuming. YEAH!!!!

This is the best GF bakery I have come across in Canada (not just in AB). Everything I have tried has been really good, and the flavours and textures are as close as you can get to wheat-based baked goods. It's definitely worth the trip to Lacombe.
