Food was under whelming, staff was not very friendly or welcoming. I'd try it again at a different location. I was he only customer there during my visit

Yummy! I haven't had Triple O's since I lived in BC. Wish there were more in Alberta.

The fellow making the food did not put on gloves to make my lettuce wrap burger, the smell in the place was overwhelming, not in a a good way or appetizing way and the table we sat at was not wiped from previous guests. My grandson had ketchup for his fries but the handful of ketchup packets were all stuck toger and sticky as one of them was opened. The bathrooms, shared with the garage were not recently cleaned, sinks and floor grime. We will not be back.

While our first experience here was fine, the second time wasn't so great. We brought a coupon that was valid and ordered the meal as it was shown on the coupon. The person taking the order wasn't able to get the coupon to work and wanted to charge us more than the advertised price. When we declined, they agreed to give the advertised price and told us that they would just give us less with the meal. All of this and it took about (30) minutes for us to get in and out with a simple breakfast order.

Stopped to get gas, never heard of triple o before, figured I'd try it. Had the Monty mushroom burger and poutine. Wasn't bad, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again unless it was convenient

Neat flavor options for the burgers and fries. Delicious milkshakes. When we were there the regular fries were the tiniest bit underdone and the skinnier sweet potato fries were a tiny bit overdone, but only a little. Overall it was a tasty meal. My daughter thought the cheeseburger was the best she'd ever had.

The sooner this place closes down, the better.
Overpriced, poor quality of food, and the staff can’t get your order right. Terrible experience.
DO NOT EAT HERE!

Poor guy who's serving us is overworked, taking care of the DT and front counter and is still managing to be friendly if a little rushed, but you can't fault him for that. Good job buddy! 👏🏻

We're from BC and were happy to see a triple O's! We have a good idea of what we think we can expect from tipple os. This place was a sore disappointment.

Frappe tasted like it was brewed with the ashes of burned garbage and tires.
Food was very average. Chicken club appeared to be something else entirely (definitely no bacon). Fries were dry. Milkshakes did not have swirl of chocolate along edge of the cup nor cookie crumbles on the whipped cream for cookies and cream.
Front person was doing her best on her own, and when she asked for some help, got some pretty passive aggressive attitude from a coworker, but I think he was probably the manager.

Cold burgers, with lettuce and tomato despite saying no to both. Milkshakes were melted and when I told her they're melted & liquidity, she said that's how they're made.
This location in Lacombe is terrible. Red Deer is much better
