I am finally at my breaking point with this Tim Hortons, the convenience is really the only good thing I can say at this point.
I have never been told by any other location that I have to order my food in a certain order, it’s completely unprofessional and let alone rude. This has happened on 3 separate occasions steming from bagels to flat breads being the trigger apparently.
Not only that but never in my life have I ever experienced “upselling” at a drive thru and then when you say no being asked “are you sure? It’s really good” I’m sorry but if this was something I wanted I would order it on my own.
This location is extremely unprofessional and I’ll be going into town now because I no longer want to deal with it.

As a Tim’s enthusiast, one that drinks more coffee in a day than one should, I say, hands down, this is the best preforming Tim’s around Edmonton. The employees show interest in their work and a passion to bring excellence to the table with a smile, as well the owner works to build a personal relationship with his customers making it feel like more than just a coffee stop but an important aspect of your day, bringing the, “favourite customer” feeling to everyone that goes to his store. The products they send out the door run in the high 90%’s for accuracy which I would easily say is the best around town, I have yet to have an order not be satisfactory. Well done, leading example for Tim’s and businesses in general, keep up the hard work.
