Hi,I came here to do survey this location 2nd time. I ordered coffee and some food from kuljit. It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

This is my go to tim hortons, the staff are quick and deal well with high traffic times. Drew is wonderful, and the ice coffee is always great. Its nice to see it not over run (recent) with the highschool crowd at lunch.. they are a bit.. much, regards.

The staff are very pushy and kick you out if you don't order food right away, they also ask if you want to change your drink so it will cost more or less money. Some of the staff stares at you and creep you out. They are very passive-aggressive.

I spend lots of money here I am really respectful but one worker Jenny I have a bone pick with her if it’s busy I am going to wait to order and most of the time it is I think it’s ridiculous she needs to work on her costumer service skill and Patience because It’s ridiculous I get others can be rude and disrespectful but I’m quiet and respectful or send someone else to talk to us it’s rude and disrespectful the way she talks to me and does not make the establishment look good at all and i have lots of people that can back me up on it and an older couple told me that it’s not kind the way she is speaking to me especially since I am responsible and respectful and it’s not just me complaining it’s her lack of costumer service skills. RIDICULOUS. (We have spent 2,400 minutes here and about 2,760$ here yes I did the math)

I love this Tim!!! The staff is so friendly and always working with a smile on their face. You can feel the work atmosphere is great there. The service is so fast there, and you can be served in both English and French!!

I just started working on house renovations in this neighbourhood during weekends.
I noticed the coffee in this Tim Horton taste soo good than the timhortons in the city of Edmontons where I go mostly.
Not only that the staff is well speaking, professional and always having a good smile on there face which is fading away from other places.
