The worst dairy queen I've ever had the displeasure to get food from.
They took over 5 minutes when there was Noone there. The sundae had no care and all the fudge was on the side.
The burger was soaked in sauce to the point in needed to pad it with a napkin.
Never come here, they are disgusting

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and got 1 strawberry and a couple pieces of cheesecake, the rest plain ice cream. With the prices of everything these days, this is a new low. Thinking I'll go elsewhere for a treat from now on.

I understand this Dairy Queen is newer but the service is horrible. It's never busy, yet you are waiting such a long time for your order... Please correct!! Strathmore DQ is so efficient and fast service.

I order buffalo chicken basket tho the drive tho, when I got hone and check, it was just reg chicken.... was sooo upset, if I knew it was reg I wouldn't have order this..... horrible service, never coming back here again, lost My business
Horrible service, both the drive thru and inside the lobby have extremely slow service in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. Then the debit machine goes down after all the wait and only accept cash

I ordered a Spicy chicken burger combo. The chicken tasted like it was 12 hrs old. It was so bad I couldn't even chew it. I couldn't finish my meal at all. Think I'll stick to subway. Look how dry that chicken looks. ?

Literally everytime they mess up my order. Even if you place it online! Reading is hard, apparently. They forget dipping sauces, I paid extra for gravy. Couldn't even eat my meal. Their solution was free dipping sauce next visit. Wow, thanks!!!! So generous. What a joke.

This DQ is pathetic. They cannot even figure out how to make a simple modification to a brownie sundae. They are incredibly slow. The people of the drive-thru are rude and when you try to explain what they did wrong, they walk away from you!! Sure, it's great that Langdon has a DQ but this particular location is just awful!!
