I’ve complained so freaking many times about this this massing up my orders it’s not even funny and they always give me attitude for it so now I’m going to post pictures of almost everything they have messed up on cause I’m getting extremely upset about it…
I’ve gotten burnt sandwiches, rock hard chicken in sandwiches, bagel belts ordered with sauce that end up being ripped in half with no sauce added after I paid for it I’ve gotten rock hard hash browns I’ve gotten sausage farmers wraps completely missing the eggs ham and cheddars ordered with no tomato and they put tomatoes anyway then today two sausage English muffins but they didn’t put the sausage in them at all and one of them where even completely ripped apart and a sausage and egg on a croissant but once again they never put the sausage at all and they absolutely always mess up our drinks!! Then when I call and complain they give me attitude because they know who I am because I have to complain so damn much I’m so mad I’ve spent quite a lot of money here I don’t have time to drive to another Tim’s when I’m on my way to work !!! When will this time Hortons start taking responsibility at this point I do want everything made up to my family for all the money wasted and all the time I have to waste getting orders fixed and making call complaints I’m so mad right now.!!!

The whole Team has gotten to know me for my regular steep tea 🍵 They always greet me with a smile followed by a "Hi! with smiles on their faces, they are very helpful when you approach the counter. I never leave the store without feeling valued as a Happy Customer. 😊

This Tim’s was the only place I had gotten food today. I’ve gotten a breakfast wrap, sausage and a coffee and now I’m dealing with a minor case of food poisoning or eating food that’s been touched by someone who doesn’t know how to wash their hands and based off the intelligence of their staff I don’t think they know how to wash their hands properly

10 people in drive thru line. We go inside for one coffee and two sandwiches. Every single person plus 2 more left before we did. My wife bet me that would happen and I said no way, so we paid attention. They’re so worried about drive thru times. They get bonuses from corporate for that and it shows. I’ve seen their staff do loops through the drive thru to better their numbers.
