One of your staff is very rude named hareet. The way she talk to your customer and her service its really bad i ordered sausage scrambled egg croissant and she get it to me no sausage just egg. that place are not busy to get tired already. I think she needs more training

I saw 6 ladies working. I stood for 10 mins to order, and not one of them served us, so I moved and ordered using the self-service machine. And stood for another 5 mins for 2 small coffee's and all this time there was no other customers in the space. So, I moved forward and asked how long more for our order. She's like, oh, I'll just get it. For the 15 minutes, we stood in the store. All we saw was all the girls talking and laughing very poor service.
