I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at one of your locations, specifically due to the behavior of two employees, Rico and Irish. As a regular customer who spends around $200 monthly at A&W, I expect a basic level of respect and professionalism — but unfortunately, that was not the case. These employees were extremely rude, lacked basic customer service skills, and were unwilling to listen to or handle customer concerns. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected, which is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable visiting A&W and will not be recommending it to others. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to address this issue.

I had a very disappointing experience at this A&W. The burger was served with stale buns and no fresh onions, which completely ruined the taste. For a place that promotes “fresh” ingredients, this was very disappointing. Quality control needs serious improvement, as customers expect better for the price paid. I won’t be returning unless things change.

Went to the leduc site on may 25th 2025 around 8:30pm got a burger and onion ring dried out and very hard they need to do a lot better when there is only one customer in drive thru I would have waited for a new batch to be cooked not impressed with there service

We ordered a mozza burger w no lettuce and got it lettuce wrapped instead. Two different workers took the order so maybe that was part of the issue for confusion. We had to circle to the front and wait longer for the order instead of just at the window and there was no other cars line up in the DT. Felt like a bad prank def not appreciated in my hungry mood had to go somewhere else to get food, wasted money
