I went to this location like I always do in the morning drive through 510am Asked for a sausage and eager and a hash brown the usual order. When I got back to my office I noticed there was no egg on my sandwich so I called the store to mention it . That’s when she said that they did put an egg on my sandwich I said again that she didn’t she began to say that I am not telling the truth unacceptable!!!!! I told I would send a picture she replied your are lying omg I asked her repeatedly what her name was I need to speak with management she replied she can’t give out her name or the manager and argued again that I am not telling the truth.. that’s when I realized her name is on the receipt. I have never in my life been called out and I am lying who ever is running this location should be ashamed of the kind of staff that is dealing with with a loyal customer of at least 40 years everyday and during the week at this location because I live in Leduc and other locations. WOW wow brutal maybe there is more friendly service next door in a restaurant/ fast food that just opened Leduc don’t need this kind of negativity and lack of respect towards paying loyal customers… 😣

There is night girl who work in night time first she game me wrong order and after that in new order I order famous onion ring from A&W but she provide me 3rd grade onion ring and she refused to give me Cajun spice also. I am regular customer on this location but some employee provide very bad service. I request to manage please look on this problem.

We got "food" from here and on my dad's burger it was rotten, moldy and the bun was rock hard, same with my mom's, I got a chicken burger and the chicken was raw and the bun was hard, all of our fries were undercooked too

This is the second or 3rd time I’ve ordered a chubby chicken CRUNCHER and they’ve sent a cold chubby chicken burger, the complete wrong burger. The cruncher is more expensive, but they send the cheaper burger because they don’t want to make it fresh. Very disappointing, A&W is one of my favourite fast food places, but the Leduc location is severely lacking. Food is almost always NOT fresh :(

This is regarding the short asian lady at the drive thru, when i reached at the order counter she asked me my order, I said one beyond meat burger to which she said drive ahead, i said i am not done placing my order yet and no one was answering me at the order counter, i waited few minutes and said hello again, and she said drive ahead, i said i did not let me finish my order yet, i need fries too. She asked for combo i said no drinks. At the paying counter she just handed me my burger and when i asked for fries she said you said no for combo, i said no drinks but i wanted fries. I paid for fries and i got fries, but they did not bother to ask for ketchup. Just handed the fries and i left. Please take your time to ask customers their order, dont just hurry up and say drive ahead!!!

I don't go getter because they don't offer a large sized pop. Their large size is the size of a regular at other other places. I don't need a restaurant to govern my pop intake. Do love their rings just wish they were consistent about how cooked they are.

Customer service ?? the lady over there what an unhappy and rude manners. I like A&W hamburgers but there are other places where I can buy hamburgers. Definitely owner has to put attention, I’m not the only one complaining about customer service.
