We grabbed food around 4:10pm January 3rd and the Indian woman working worked cash handled money then without washing her hands went back and made burgers.

The employee, who’s hopefully not manager, Harpreet is often on her phone and not helping when the restaurant is clearly behind. When she does get up she handles money and heads straight to the kitchen to pump out wrong orders with dirty hands. Hope she’s not a manager because she’s not setting a good image for the younger kids who always try their best. Seems like she’s holding things back

I would love to give it a 5 star, i just really cant because of the female manager that was so rude! I asked for no pickles- I got one with pickles I even showed it to her- and literally throw out a burger on my car!! Really annoyed!

I came through the drive through and asked for 5 small patties with no seasoning salt and I got a 5 oz Patty with no seasoning salt. Then tried to call and nobody answered

Literally the worst food I've had at an A and W. The burger patty was cold and dried out and the sweet potato fries where half way cooked. But really nice service.

I love A&W Leduc! the burger was satisfying, onion rings are definitely served fresh and they have quick service! I dont have to wait in dine-in order! Experience is great, I definitely recommend a&w leduc 👍
I ordered a spicy chicken habanero burger with sweet potato fries and an iced tea, but what arrived was a completely different order, and it's even packaged horribly. The staff didn't include an order number or my receipt on the bags, so there was no way to confirm with the driver that it was actually mine. I understand I ordered 40 mins before closing, but the thing is, you're still open so yes, the quality and accuracy of the order still matter. This was really disappointing and unacceptable. I have not been to the A&W for a very long time. It was the worst experience I have ever had. There was no one in the restaurant however I was asked to pull ahead and wait for my order. There were two other vehicles waiting for their orders as well When they did finally bring me my order. It was not what I ordered so they took the whole thing back and I had to wait more. And when I got home with my order which was a five minute drive, maybe everything was cold and the dessert curls with the caramel There was only one and I paid for two. I will not be returning to this A&W

I ordered a strawberry milkshake, but what I recieved was a strawberry something. It sure as heck didn't taste like a milkshake. It was terrible.
