I had such a great experience at BarBurrito today! The lady named sarika working there was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. She took the time to explain all the options and made sure my order was perfect. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. My food was fresh, delicious, and served with a smile — amazing service all around! Definitely coming back because of her positive attitude and great customer service.

Stopped by BarBurrito and honestly, the experience was disappointing. The staff were moving around more like minions on autopilot than people who cared about customers. No sense of urgency, no genuine effort in service, and zero passion for what they were doing. When you’re serving food, energy and hospitality make all the difference — but here it felt like no one really wanted to be there. Definitely not the welcoming, quick-service vibe you’d expect.
