On January 29 had gone in for a smoothie and told the girl at the counter that I have a pineapple allergy that is quite severe. I did not see if she had rinsed the blender before making my drink but after one sip I noticed a reaction had started. Thankfully I noticed immediately and stopped drinking and took some pills to ease the reaction but I had about 1.5 hours left of my drive that day and had to do so while my throat was cinched up.
