We recently went to BP Leduc as a walk-in with a group of 12. The hostess team was incredibly kind and had me seated within five minutes while I waited for the rest of our group, no hassle at all, which I really appreciated. Shortly after I sat down, the manager came over and asked if we could move tables due to a reservation mix-up. I was completely willing to move as long as our group could stay together, but I was asked to split into separate tables, which I wasn’t comfortable with. I was also told we would need to finish our dinner by 6 p.m. because another group had a reservation at that time, which felt a bit surprising and awkward. The situation felt mishandled and could have been managed more smoothly. Guests shouldn’t feel pressured to accommodate internal mix-ups. Thankfully, we were eventually relocated within the same section and able to stay together. We were celebrating a birthday, and despite the rocky start, our server Robbie and Ericson were fantastic, attentive, accommodating, and they really helped turn the experience around. We’ll definitely be back because we love the food, but I do hope there’s some retraining around customer care and how situations like this are handled in the future. It was disappointing how the supervisor approached the situation, but we truly appreciated the efforts of the rest of the team.

Honestly the service is great if you take your husband with you or a male friend. Go by yourself or with your kids and they hate you. I've gone a handful of times without my husband just to make sure that it wasn't just a one-time thing it wasn't.

Excellent service! Food was AWESOME, and portions were large. Enough to take home and have leftovers. 6 of us went and everyone was happy all around!
We had an excellent experience at Boston Pizza and couldn’t be happier with the visit. The food was delicious, well prepared, and came out in a timely manner despite our large group. Everyone found something they enjoyed on the menu, which made the experience even better.
What truly stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and very patient, especially considering we were visiting with almost 20 kids. The team handled everything calmly, took orders carefully, and made sure all the children and adults were comfortable and taken care of. Their positive attitude made a big difference and turned what could have been a hectic situation into a very enjoyable outing.
This particular location is a great spot for families and large groups, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. We really appreciated the effort the staff put in and would gladly recommend this place to others.
