I recently visited the DQ in Leduc and had a very disappointing experience. The cashier named Lou (based on my receipt) who took my order was extremely impatient and made me feel rushed while I was still deciding what to order. To make things worse, when I was trying to choose my food, the cashier actually said “my God,” which I found very rude and unprofessional. As a customer, I should feel comfortable taking a moment to choose my meal without being made to feel like a burden. This kind of service left me with a very negative impression, and I truly hope management addresses this issue so other customers don’t experience the same.

The woman at the drive through was so nice. She spoke to my daughter quickly about what she liked and it was a nice change to the normal drive thru experience.

So basically i been in and out of this establishment and ordered a couple of food before. The food was good and decent but a-lot of the time the workers are getting treated horribly. I hope they change their managers soon as i can visibly hear employees complaining about the managers attitude, working environment, and Scheduling. This dq environment clearly needs a better management team that allows workers to work at full capacity. I been working at fast food for some time as well and i really noticed how different it is in dq. The management really affects workers mental and work ethic if treated unfairly. Please bring into attention proper treatment of employees due to it affecting service and the atmosphere of the restaurant.

The smallest 2 x medium dipped cones and watery 2x medium soft drinks for $19! Super disappointed, never coming here again.

Thought it was odd that their kids meals had the coupon on the side. Later noticed they were stamped. They wouldn't accept a coupon that you got somewhere else. When we got our cones, they were less then half the size they are at any other DQ weve been to. We also are able to get dipped cones anywhere else for the coupon. Not here. Our son had a poutine that had almost no gravy. When we asked for gravy, they wanted to charge us. Our sauced and tossed chicken was not coated more than 50%. One of our chicken pieces wasn't all the way cooked. Probably would have cost too much to leave it in there the full required time.

Manager is soooo rudee!!!!

We did take out. Slow on taking orders. Slow on preparing food. The chicken tenders 4 piece was tasteless and hard, made up of 6 small pieces.. It would appear they were twice deep fried. Very tough. Never got the dipping sauce. The onion rings were either over cooked or twice deep fried. The hamburger had 2 pickles making it at least mediocre.
The gal at the window was friendly.

Staff need to improve their customer service skills , extremely rude . Don't go to this one if you are in a good mood or not . They are horrible to the t . DQ is good but staff ohh no

Wow what a disappointment. The food tasted great but the size of the burger is smaller and the size of the upgraded poutine was half full. But the prices sure have went up. Most likely won't be going back to Dairy Queen anymore

Awful service, management has zero concept of basic customer service or accountability whatsoever. Extreme unprofessionalism and rude attitude on the phone and in person on numerous occasions.
