I ordered a small vanilla sundae with Reese’s cups on top and when it came out there was less than 3/4 cup worth of ice cream and the top of the swirl didn’t go past the top of the cup. I’m not usually one to complain but this costed me 6 dollars! I asked the staff about it and they went and WEIGHED it. This location basically scammed me while other locations are super generous with their portions. DO NOT GO HERE!

I bought a banana split here and was shocked to find the banana completely black inside the ice cream. When I politely complained and said that banana should have been thrown away, the lady named Lakhvinder was extremely rude instead of apologizing or fixing the issue. On top of that, the portion size was much smaller compared to other DQ locations. Last year I was happy with the staff and service, but this year has been the worst experience I’ve had at a Dairy Queen. Definitely disappointed and will not come back

Waited about 8 minutes before being served, there was no one else in line. Went to buy Dilly bars for the kids. The sign says $3.49 each the attendent tried to charge me $5.09 each. I advised him that the sign said $3.49. He said looks like the prices went up. Not satisfied at all.

Not a great first experience . Wanted to get my son an ice cream sandwich after swimming and was told the app points are not redeemable at this location .
I will just go somewhere else . Dairy Queen is just not what it use to be . The prices have jumped so high , it's no longer affordable for a single parent .

No idea what the food is like but if the staff is any indication, it's terrible. The staff were hiding from customers. I watched them look at a person waiting, then duck and cover. Why have staff who aren't even willing to serve hot dogs and ice cream? Anyways I would simply stay away. Hopefully it closes and anything else can move into that spot. I tried to get food but I was behind someone else who they were hiding from and I only wanted to waste so much time. Got some chicken from church's which was tops.

Please train your staff that spilled toppings shouldn't be picked up off the table with bare hands and put back into the food. That would be understandable if hands were clean and food was being prepped, but hands aren't not cleaned for making a blizzard, because nothing should be touched.

I have never in my life been treated so awful by an employee. You close at 9pm I showed up at 8:50 and was very rudely told that she wanted to close early cause she was soooo busy. The slamming of tools, the huffing and puffing. I told her she didn’t need my business and she told me if I was going to act that way she could tell me to leave. She obviously hates her job. You need a new employee

Ordered the little guy a MICROWAVED hotdog and a bottle of juice paid almost $8.00 for the two items. If your going to microwave a hotdog maybe let the people how its cooked and that it looks nothing like what you see on the menu. Absolutely disgusted on what we received and how much we paid for a plain hotdog!

Needs at least 2 people working on weekends the service is behind slow and overwhelming for a single employee. Makes it not worth waiting despite being good quality dq. Disappointed.
