“Shoutout to Bridgette at the Tim Hortons on Sparrow Drive in Leduc (right off Highway 2) – you absolutely made our day!
We rolled in with a massive, complicated order for a big group, and on top of that we asked if she could change gloves to avoid any cross-contamination with pork products (religious dietary needs). Not only was she super kind and understanding, she happily asked the cook to change gloves without hesitation, double-checked everything, and still managed to be so patient and polite while juggling our chaos of a order.
It’s rare to find someone who goes out of their way like that with such a genuine smile. Bridgette, you’re a gem – thank you for making us feel cared for! We’ll definitely be back (and we’ll be asking for you!). Tim Hortons is lucky to have you! 😊“
