Now hate it

Tried to rate this on Uber Eats but it wouldnt let me. There was no wasabi, soy sauce, chop sticks or napkins with my sushi order. My mango bubble tea was warm and had no ice in it. Really disappointing when every other Edo Japan usually does a great job. Management needs to look into the care their employees are putting into the food and drinks they serve.

Amazing noodles and beef
I was excited to try out the Edo Japan location in Leduc during a work trip. Being a loyal customer of Edo, I was eager to indulge in my usual order of beef and shrimp, a combination I always enjoy. However, upon ordering a bento box, I was disappointed to find that it only contained beef, missing the shrimp component entirely. This oversight left me dissatisfied, especially considering it was my first visit to this particular location. The disappointment compounded when I attempted to contact the restaurant multiple times to address the issue, only to find that no one was available to answer the phone. As someone who values consistency and quality in their dining experiences, this incident at Edo Japan in Leduc fell short of my expectations. It's disheartening to encounter such lapses in service, particularly when looking forward to a satisfying meal during a busy workday.Overall, my first impression of this Edo Japan location was marred by this disappointing experience. I hope that they can address these issues to ensure that future customers receive the level of service and attention to detail that they deserve.

Went in at 9:30 cause I had a hankering for spring rolls, ordered 4 and got them in like 5 minutes. Staff was very friendly, and the spring rolls were crispy and fresh. Felt bad for coming in so late but I’m very grateful for
