Hand-made Salsas
Guasacaca (mild)
Green and creamy, a fresh burst of parsley, cilantro, ajo, and a hint of lime in every bite.
Pico de Gallo (mild)
Diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and a hint of jalapeño in lime juice.
Sour Cream (3¼ oz)
Scorpion Sting (hot+)
A few Trinidad Scorpion peppers provide the heat and the Mayan coast recipe provides the sweet flavour.
Guacamole (3¼ oz)
Avocado with diced tomato, garlic, cilantro, onion, and lime.
Sol-de-Maya (hot)
Bright orange and bursting with flavour, this salsa is a pure expression of the habanero pepper.
Corazón del Diablo (double-extra hot)
This salsa is blacker than the devil's heart and contains the 2nd and 3rd hottest peppers in the world. Be afraid. (Natural colouring may contain allergens).
Salsa Bravita (medium)
The iconic "chile de árbol" pepper is blended with citrus and tomato to make this red salsa.
Salsa Roja (mild)
Tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and lime with just a hint of jalapeño.
PicoRico (medium)
Bright, acidic and based on traditional salsa Verde, this salsa is made with tomatillos and jalapeños.

Starters
Nachos
Corn totopos (chips), cheese, corn, black beans, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeños, and a side of one of our hand-made salsas.

Camarones Momias
Shrimp stuffed with Monterey Jack cheese and wrapped in bacon. The prawns are so big that they take more than a slice of bacon to go around each.
Taquitos
Chipotle chicken tinga rolled in crispy, fried corn tortillas. Drizzled with crema fresca and guasacaca, and dusted with cotija cheese.
Queso Fundido / Melted Cheese
Molten cheese topped with Chorizo and served with our corn totopos. You can substitute Carne Asada for the Chorizo if you wish. CAUTION: depending how far you are from the restaurant, the cheese may no longer be molten when it arrives.
Buffalo Baja Shrimp
Enjoy 12 of our crunchy Baja Shrimp, beer-battered and delicious, with buffalo sauce (or mild sauce) for dipping.
Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños
Jalapeño pepper halves filled with cream cheese and bacon, and then wrapped in bacon. Yes, bacon wrapped in bacon.
5 Layer Dip

Tacos
Cochinita Pibil Tacos
Yucatán-style pork marinated in achiote and orange. Then wrapped in banana leaves and slow-cooked until it falls apart. Served with hot Sol-de-Maya salsa, purple onion, and cotija cheese.
Mahi Mahi (Fish) Tacos
Tempura-battered strips of Mahi Mahi, our pineapple salsa, salsa sanluqueña, lettuce, cabbage and fresh avocado.
Carne Asada (Beef) Tacos
Beef, fresh cabbage, pico de gallo, cilantro, and your choice of salsa.
Baja Shrimp Tacos
Crispy, beer battered shrimp, "Sol-de-Maya" hot habanero salsa (mild option available), salsa sanluqueña, shredded cabbage, and cilantro.
Pollo (Chicken) Tacos
Shredded chicken, green cabbage, spicy escabeche (pickled carrot, onion, potato and jalapeño), and creamy guasacaca. Mild version available too.
Chorizo Tacos (Pork)
Fresh chorizo, potato, cabbage, purple onion, cilantro, spicy Salsa Bravita, and cotija cheese.
Vegetarian Tacos
Corn, black beans, edamame, bell peppers, onions, and sautéed mushrooms. Topped with creamy guasacaca sauce, shredded cheese, cabbage and fresh tomato.
Camarón Paceño Tacos
Grilled shrimp and bacon are diced together, then covered in melted cheese. Garnished with Salsa Brava , tangy escabeche , sliced radish, and cilantro.

Tex-Mex
Chimichangas
A chimichanga a giant deep-fried burrito with your choice of our classic meats (or vegetarian mix), sautéed onions and mixed bell peppers, rice, and refried beans wrapped in a flour tortilla and fried. Served with a Mexican flag of guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo.
Signature Burrito
Choice of Scorpion Chorizo (hot scorpion sting salsa and chorizo pork), Clavo Picante Beef (carne asada beef and Clavo Picante sauce -Medium) or Guasacaca Chicken (pulled chicken with creamy guasacaca sauce- Mild). All of our signature burritos are wrapped in a flour tortilla and include a base filling of rice, refried beans, and sauteed onions with mixed bell peppers.
Taco Salad
Served in our edible taco bowl! Seasoned ground beef, lettuce, cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, diced bell peppers, jalapeño slices and Tex-Mex ranch dressing on the side.
Fajitas
A sizzling skillet of sautéed vegetables (onions and mixed bell peppers) along with your choice of meat and spices. Served with flour or corn tortillas, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
Classic Burrito
Our burritos are wrapped in a flour tortilla and include a filling of rice, refried beans, sautéed onions, mixed bell peppers, and the meat of your choice.
Vegetarian Burrito
Like the classic burrito except with black beans instead of refried beans (inside and on the side) and our veggie mix instead of meat.

Traditional
Enchilada a la Diabla
Three enchiladas stuffed with shrimp and smothered in our signature, smoky, creamy Diabla sauce and topped with cilantro, cheese, and crema fresca. Optional: Choose one of our pulled meats instead of shrimp.
Enchiladas Verdes
Three enchiladas stuffed with meat and smothered in our slightly spicy enchilada verde sauce and topped with cilantro, diced onion, and crema fresca.
Tex-Mex Chicken Quesadilla
A grilled flour tortilla filled with tex-mex chicken, diced bell peppers, onions, black beans, corn, and melted cheese. Served with sour cream.
Tostada
Two crunchy-fried corn tortillas, your choice of our classic meats, a layer of refried beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, crema fresca, and cheese. CAUTION: If you live far away from the restaurant these may get soggy on the way.
Arroz Con Leche
Camarones a la Diabla
A pile of juicy shrimp in our spicy, smoky, creamy diabla sauce. Sprinkled with cilantro and chile flakes, and served with rice, two corn tortillas, and lime wedges.
Chori-Queso
A grilled flour tortilla filled with chorizo and melted cheese. Served with sour cream. You can substitute Carne Asada for the Chorizo if you wish.
Vegetarian Tostada
Two crunchy corn tortillas with guacamole, Tex-Mex black beans, lettuce, crema fresca, pico de gallo, and shredded cheese. Served with vegetarian rice and black beans.

Loved this place. The spicy salsas are definitely worth a try but order some sour cream on the side if you do lol. The food and cocktails were fantastic as well. The jalapeño caesars and coconut tequila are especially our fav. Daniel served us and we loved how friendly and helpful he was. 10/10 place.

Great Mexican food. Great service. Jim and Don are fantastic owners. The food was absolutely delicious and the servings were very generous. As a Mexican living in Edmonton, I always try to make the drive for Habaneros. I always recommend it to friends and family too. Try their hot sauces now available in supermarkets. They are delicious! Thank you guys for another great experience!

Great little restaurant in Leduc, good Mexican food, with great, friendly staff. Portion sizes are reasonable. One of the better Mexican food places I've been to, the add on charges for the sides (guacamole) tends to be a little excessive for the portion size. I might be nit picky but I generally benchmark mexican food by the tortillas, hot salsa and their guacamole.
