This chain used to be the standard for fired chicken . Tonight my wife grabbed a 10 piece bucket for the family ….. chicken was dark dark brown … brown grease at the bottom of the bucket . As a person that has a little restaurant experience and does some southern cooking at home … the dark grease is a sign of it being old and the manager not wanting to change it out . Chicken was also really small and dry .I should have looked at the google reviews first … lots of 1 & 2 star reviews. Spend your money wisely and choose somewhere else.KFC you later …. This place was bad .

Well you did it again I went to the drive-through, ordered 10 pieces of chicken with three large sides. When I returned home and opened up, there was six pieces of chicken with three large sides. I don’t know how many times one restaurant can get orders wrong I don’t know what the problem is maybe you guys need a new speaker on your drive-through I have no clue you need to figure it out because I’m sure I’m not the only person that this is happening to, I was also charged the same amount as a 10 piece bucket. It’s very frustrating dealing with you guys and at this point I’m wondering if I’m the fool for going back

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered off Skip the Dishes and the restaurant confirmed the order. A few minutes later I got a call saying they didn't have what I ordered, and that I had to call skip the dishes to cancel it. I asked why they confirmed it, and they said that thought that had it. They also told me they closed in 1 hour but google shows they are open 3 more hours. After I talked to the manager she said she would fulfill the order, only for her and KFC to cancel 10 minutes later. What terrible service!

The new nuggets are not worth the cost, save yourself the time and skip these. The chicken was once again over done and keeps getting smaller at this location. Also what is with the open top fries containers, these are just silly.
