I ordered a twister wrap and it came with 2 chicken strips and 3 pieces of lettuce…. The picture on the menu shows tomatoes and alot of lettuce…the wrap was so skinny, kinda wild. My fiance ordered the zinger burger and it looked nothing like the picture it was a super skinny patty. $33 and it was like eating off a value menu! The woman at the till did take my twister wrap back and remade it that’s why service had 3 stars

We did a pick-up order thru the app and we specifically asked for 4 packs of ketchup and 4 napkins.. after we left, we checked the bag and there were only 2 packs of ketchup. So we came back to ask a couple of more and the person at the front counter asked us to line up for it. She made us wait for 10 minutes just to give us ketchup when it will only take couple seconds to give us couple packs of ketchup.

This lady at the check-out rolled her eyes at me!! Talk about customer service!!
I had to ask her 3 times about what she was saying as I genuicouldn’t understand what she was saying.
Then she proceeded to roll her eyes at me! And yes I called her out and told her not to roll her eyes at customers as it is unprofessional!!

Gross chicken ever.. Keep on reheat the chicken that was prep god knows when.. Skin were teared away and it seems like Oil jar in it.. On the top employees there were arguing, Rather then accepting their worst food quality..

I’m looking forward to my next visit, hoping for a smoother experience with timely food service. It would be great if the staff could take orders more efficiently since sometimes it feels like there’s no one available to help right away. I’m excited to see improvements, like receiving my entire order promptly rather than waiting around—last time, I got half my order but then had to wait 20 minutes for the rest. It would be wonderful if KFC could audit their stores, as I believe there are specific timelines for how quickly food should be served. I visited KFC recently and was very impressed with the service provided by Navneet. She greeted me politely, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was packed efficiently and correctly. Her professionalism, speed, and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Employees like her truly make a difference, and I really appreciate her dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Dear KFC Team,
I am a regular customer and order from different KFC locations in Edmonton almost every week. Unfortunately, my recent experience at your Outlet Mall Edmonton location was very disappointing.
On my visit, I ordered two plant-based meals. When I received the food, the burger patty was extremely oily, almost dripping with oil. I raised my concern to your employee, Danel, who told me that “all people complain.” This response was dismissive and unprofessional. I waited for about 15 minutes after that, but no one came back to address my concern.
This experience has left me very dissatisfied and discouraged me from returning to KFC. I expect better food quality and customer service from a brand like KFC.
I kindly request you to review this matter seriously and take action to improve both the preparation of plant-based meals and the attitude of your staff toward customers.

I visited KFC today and noticed that the staff member serving food at the front counter was having henna on her hands. While I understand henna is decorative and looks nice, I personally have difficulty eating food when it has been handled by someone with henna, even in my own family. I know others who feel the same way.
To make customers more comfortable, I kindly suggest that staff who have henna on their hands wear gloves while serving food. This would ensure everyone can enjoy their meals without concern.

I gave this location a second chance, I was there a couple weeks ago, the chicken was greasy, and not the Colonel Harland Sanders flavour.
I went again yesterday, hoping for the Best, but it was the same,and under cooked, red in the middle. I asked how often the grease is changed, the worker said once a week. I'm sure it should be changed more often, but I don't know that franchise's grease policy.
I brought the chicken back, they replaced with freshly fried chicken, but again, it was the same. Not the KFC Flavour.
I was there a year ago, it was completely different.. the Best Ever.. What Happened??
I will never return to this location.

I ordered yesterday around 5pm. my kids and i ordered a chicken large popcorn bucket. its an Indian girl she the one who assist me. after i get my ordered. i notice that in one piece it has bite it. i told her that their have one piece chicken it biten. she said no. she never replace na chicken and i throw in the garbage. its so disgusting they it my chicken i pay it. its not good service and the food is not good. very disappointed that time. i will not ordered that store anymore. nit recommended. it’s disgusting!
Had an unusually bad experience yesterday. Chicken batter was barely present, there were practically bald spots on every chicken piece. The gravy, usually one of my favorite parts of the meal, was terrible. I bought 2 tubs only to find the gravy was so watered down it looked like soup. You couldn't even dip your fries in it because it all just dripped off. I hope this isn't the new normal and was just a one-off bad experience at this one food court, or we will not be going to KFC anymore.
