I ate here on my trip to the outlet mall. I had a really good experience, the person serving me was very polite and helpful. I got a 3 piece box and they gave me 2 thighs and 2 very small drumsticks which was very nice of them as other stores would have included the one bite drumstick and called that “a piece” The food was as good as it is at every KFC, the poutine had lots of cheese and gravy and the drink was good.

i dont usually give bad comments to the restaurant that i dine or ordered. myself and my wife bought a to go meal cost around 40 dollars and this is what we got a 4 chicken leg looks like literally a piece of wing and 2 thighs I am going to ask you back does this worth my 40 dollars meal? luckyly they were already close and i will see you the next morning I will definitely return this meal and give my money back I could buy a meal worth the same amount of money with good quality and nice service. Piece of advise Service and quality is key in the food business. Please put yourself in the position if you are the consumer as well if your money was worth what you get

Ordered delivery thru door dash a box of 6 pc dark meat original chicken. Leg part is like a wing part.. soooo tiny.. and the breading of the chicken is so light that you cannot taste the 11 secret herb and spices of kfc.. it looks like a home cooked fried chicken.. see photos for reference..

A really awful experience, such a rude cashier, I been talking gently with the indian Cashier and she’s answering me so rude, and Im talking to her and she saying go in the side to sand afront of me and it wasn’t busy at all, I don’t understand how they people they do hire such a rude persons that they don’t know how to talk to costumers or to treat people, I been at KFC in all the countries and never treated like that I’m so disappointed for the level we see at KFC nowadays, That’s so sad. I ain’t coming back.

This guy has no way how to talk to a customer stupid person ever teach him some respect how to treat a customer instead of showing unnecessary attitude when I went there he didn’t even say hi or Hlo when I was done ordering do you know ow your order number stupid and when it was ready he didn’t even call number just put it on the table I went there you should teach him some respect.
