It’s honestly sad because the owners seem like really good people, but some of the staff’s behaviour is completely unacceptable. I came in with my baby to speak calmly about a concern. Instead of professionalism, the manager escalated the situation for no reason and told us to leave.
After that, one of the employees — Carrie — continued the confrontation outside while still in work attire. The conversation kept escalating because of her behaviour, and it ended with her calling me a “tramp.” There was absolutely no need for that. No customer should ever be spoken to like that by someone working for a business.
When I later spoke with the owners, they were polite and said my family is welcome anytime, which makes the staff behaviour even more disappointing.
I hope the owners take a serious look at how customers are being treated. What happened should never happen to anyone. We have a video of the entire thing!

There are 2 things I love about diners and this place rocks them both. 1. Great Service - my server Melissa had a drink on my table moments after ordering and regularly checked in to make sure I had anything I wanted. 2. Delicious Food - I had a BLT and a bowl of homemade cream of mushroom soup. The food was fresh, hot and well prepared. I also had my meal I front of me within 5 minutes of ordering (even during a busy lunch service). Well done team!
Service was okay. The food was terrible. It appeared to be reheated frozen boxed food. We were there a year ago and I was very impressed with this place. Not so any more, will not return.

Great little spot. Appetizers were great but I will say my main, the beef dip. Could have been seasoned better but otherwise lovely. Husband loved his veal cutlets and my daughter enjoyed her grilled cheese, Will definitely come back to try more in the future

My son and I came into the Leduc Diner for dinner tonight. I had a hot hamburger and he has the roast beef. They were both delicious. Our server (said her name was Riley) was quick, and very kind! Hands down best service I’ve had in awhile. Props to her and the Leduc Diner!! Will be back.
We always eat here when we come to Leduc. Good food, service and price. Plus the yummy homemade rice pudding.
