Very Dirty and unkept location- tables dirty, smeared food on walls. The girl behind the counter was not friendly in the least even asked how here day was and she had no reply and just starred at me waiting for my order- basically whispered when she spoke to you and looked absolutely miserable. Will not return.

Online it says they close at 10, so we drove there and on the door they close at 9. Update your hours because I really wanted ice cream and I drove from wetaskiwin.

Every time they are out of key ingredients to make the items they advertise. This time the icecream texture was way off and there was some sort of paper mixed into it... also they didn't give us the AMA discount when we said we have AMA. Gets worse every time won't be back
Ice cream tastes fine. They are always sold out of ice cream flavours and toppings. I have stopped going here because of this, which is to bad because I like marble slab.
Limited options for toppings compared to all other locations. No strawberries or raspberries, gummy bears etc. Also the cost for a regular cone was more expensive than other locations. Cost being 9.44$ at other locations and 11.00$ at this location.

I love marble slab creamery, however this location is not as the same as the other ones. This one is the second time they donโt have strawberries, mini marshmallows or Oreo cookie, ice cream looks so old. Barely they have ice cream:/

For a small ice cream cone and 1 scoop of ice cream it costed abit over $10. I feel like these places are gouging customers left right and center

I definitely won't be back. They was out of berries, mendals and milkshakes.Surprisingly they had ice cream!!! The ice cream tasted and looked old. Very disappointed ?
