I love marble slab creamery, however this location is not as the same as the other ones. This one is the second time they don’t have strawberries, mini marshmallows or Oreo cookie, ice cream looks so old. Barely they have ice cream:/

I definitely won't be back. They was out of berries, mendals and milkshakes.Surprisingly they had ice cream!!! The ice cream tasted and looked old. Very disappointed ?

I pre-ordered a cake online and paid and when my husband showed up to pick it up they had no idea about the order at first, so I showed them my confirmation and they took one out of the freezer because they didn’t have mine ready, gong show

Management needs to get it together. Went in today and asked for something and they were out of a few things… then asked for something else and they were out of that too… so I decided on a strawberry milkshake… which they gave me… with a spoon… because they were out of straws! You can’t eat a milkshake with a spoon! So they made me walk over to McDonalds and get one from them! You could literally get emergency straws from any grocery store and would take 10 minutes. This is unacceptable. Just lazy management especially if you’re charging what you’re charging.

I used to love coming here. Ice cream doesnt taste the same at all, almost like it's freezer burnt ? NEVER have frozen yogurt anymore and the place is never clean.
We had a gender reveal cake made here and the young lady helping me was very kind and helpful. The cake exceeded my expectations and also tasted amazing.Thank you so much!

In store tonight we ordered two of their creation options. Both made incorrectly - wrong ice cream and wrong toppings….neither tasted great either. The lady didn’t apologize or offer redo. Not impressed with lack of knowledge or customer service

I was just in there and I saw a mouse climbing in and out of the waffle cones. I notified the worker of this and was told the owner would be at the store shortly, nothing was done immediately and ice cream was still being served afterwards.
